If I could give a rating of negative stars I would. I was a member for over a year and always felt like I was nothing more than a membership fee. If you’re looking for the classic cross fit experience avoid C3 or its new name Evinco crossfit. Head over to one of the other local boxes for a family, motivates community.

This is a great gym, plain and simple. The trainers are great and enthusiastic. I’ve gone here for about a month on two occasions and I was immediately welcomed in by the trainers and the clients. Great instruction and tips were offered to all participating. Many of the trainers worked out at the gym first so the clearly have a vested interest in the success and quality of the product. The pricing here is fair, I know that a lot of CrossFit gyms are quite expensive but this place keeps prices reasonable. Great class times too! If you’re in the area and looking for a place to work out, look no further.

Oh my! My husband Dave G. goes there and he has turned back the clock. His energy and excitement for working out has increased and his body… He’s made new friends and so have I at their get togethers. Yeh, crossfit. Go Dave!

By far my favorite place to go — and not just to workout. The ‘athletes’ are truly genuine, honest people, the trainers are great and the environment is most definitely family oriented. I have been going for just over 3 months and have already seen some drastic improvements in my abilities — strength, flexibility, form — you name it. Highly recommend ANYONE(regardless of where you think you may be on your«fitness) come to the classes — give it a week and give it your all. You’ll get hooked like I did :-)
