Don’t trust this place, they did remodel of my condo and it was a long drawn out ordeal. the workers didn’t start until 10 AM everyday saying they were getting supplies. I looked at there truck window everyday and it appeared the were starting the day working at another property. the Rep said my shower was going to be Hot mopped, but during a home inspection. the shower had no water proofing and was not hot mopped.
I called Ibrahim, the owner and he said how is this my problem. I kept calling and he finally came over and actually top there was nothing in the deal that said Hot mop in my remodel. I said he should have put some type of water proofing. he offered to help fix it if I put in half the money to fix it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME.
Finally he sent a relative who started to demo the shower floor just to leave saying he couldn’t finish because he wasn’t getting paid. Ibrahim was expecting me to pay this poor guy. the next to guys came over and unfortunately I was not home and they got 300 dollars from my wife for supplies. once again they left because the were not getting paid. stay away from this place at all costs.

Great Place! My wife and I shopped around looking for our dream hardwood. We ened up finding the hardwood at a different companie, however they wanted a very steep price. This is why it pays to shop around! We discoved West Coast Flooring Outlets on the list of authorized dealers for our ideal hardwood. We called for a price, and got a great offer from this company. While we never met in person, they were very friendly, and transparent. I never felt like I was getting the run-​a-​round. Tunuja was very honest about prices. I was even able to get them to price match on a few things. When it came to the installers, they were also just as friendly and helpful. We did a total of 800 sq feet and about 700 feet of baseboard. 4 guys, took them 2 days total. In and out, very professional. We love out new floors! We are likely going to hire them again to do a floor downstairs after the first of the year.

They just installed carpet in my new Fallbrook home and I can’t say enough good things about Abe and Tunuja. They gave me a great price and made it easy to do business with them. The installer Carlos was excellent. The seams are perfect and he was in and out quickly carrying away every single scrap, leaving no sign that he was ever there. I highly recommend them.

We are doing some major remodeling in our home, including complete remodelilng of 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. TJ and Abe at West Coast have been amazing and easy to work with. We ordered flooring for all 3 rooms, they are storing the flooring for the kitchen until we are ready for it. They came highly recommended by friends, and they have not disappointed us.

Ibrahim, the owner of this store, is an unkind, dishonest, unfair and unjust man. He takes advantage of the carpet layers, and of everyone that does a flooring job for him.
He tells the workers to do a job for an agreed price, and when the job is done, he pays those workers whatever seems good to him.
A carpet layer just did three awesome jobs for him, and when he asked for the money due to him $ 1500.00 «Mr» Ibrahim gave him only $ 965.00, he stole from this honest hard working man.
Ibrahim is a thief and an unjust man, and he is about to be reported to the US Department of Labor, and then he is going to be brought to justice, for taking advantage of these honest, hard working workers.
