Epoxy Floor Garage

I had my 2-​car garage epoxied using a DIY kit with 2 coats by another contractor. Granted he did a good job the epoxy didn’t stay new for long. Word of advice — if your garage is going to be used for actually parking your cars (as opposed to, say, a work area or a man cave), do it right the first time and skip the DIY method. It doesn’t matter how much the package says that it will resist hot tire pickups etc. it just isn’t going to go too far. The materials and actual process is different. Eli had a video explaining how it’s supposed to be done and you’d see why this IS the long term solution. It will cost more but it’s one of those that you are just better off setting and forgetting. You don’t want to have to reapply new coats every few weeks or so to keep it looking new.
It took Eli about 2 – 3 days to apply all the coats with ample drying time in between. His attention to detail was paramount. That is what you need for jobs like this. Again, I want to get it done and never have to do any fixes. I appreciated his promptness. He was on time every single time. I took a chance with Eli with him having lesser review counts than the others. He was the one that responded the fastest between messages. I guarantee you that his reviews are just going to keep on going up from here.

Thanks to Eli and his team, we have (what looks like anyway) a brand new garage and we couldn’t be happier! It’s amazing what new flooring will do to the space — it looks so much brighter, spacious, and obviously cleaner now with the epoxy coating. Customer service was great from start to finish. We got a free consultation with Eli and after measuring our garage and asking what kind of epoxy we wanted, he gave us a competitive quote and we hired him right away. We were able to get the appointment 2 days after our initial meeting, and it took three days for them to install (typically takes two, but unfortunately the weather was not on our side since it was so cold and rainy and it took longer than expected to dry.) For that reason, I think it is recommended to install it when it is warmer in spring/​summer months, but I am still happy we finished it now and my only regret is not having done it sooner. Now we can use our garage much more and spend more time in it, now that it’s not ugly concrete! Thanks Eli!

Having used box store bought self-​applied epoxy kit on my previous garage, I knew the limitations of DIY kit and wanted to have a professionally applied epoxy «system» put on my new home. Eli quoted me a competitive price for a full 3 layer epoxy system, and was on time for the first day of the installation. As soon as I interacted with Eli, I knew he was professional, conscientious, honest, and skilled at what he was doing. Eli and his crew expertly prepared my 50 year old garage floor, applied 3 coatings consisting of primer, 100% epoxy resin, and urethane top coat, transforming it into a glossy hardened surface that is clean enough to eat off of.
My home is in a windy area and we had heavy rain at the time of the installation. What astonished me about Eli’s work was his meticulous attention to detail and care to ensure that each coating would be protected from debris flowing in from wind and the rain while being dried. Eli is a genuinely nice guy who aims to do whatever it takes to deliver a top notch service and product to his customer. He does bigger and commercial jobs, but he treats residential garage customers with the utmost professionalism and respect.
