We have always had a great experience here. Our dog is always so excited to go stay here and play. Every time we pick her up, she is so worn out. I always know she had a fun time.

I LOVE getting my dog’s grooming done here.
My dog is a min pin, so he’s very low maintenance. Just requires a nail clipping (which I’m terrified of doing because I might cut too deep) and an anal sac expression (which I don’t know how to do for jack) to prevent him scooting on the carpet. This place does a la carte services for that — ranging from $ 2 – 15. For those two services it cost me $ 23, $ 10 for each service and a tip. Remember its a service!
My dog is pretty shy around others because of his history (he was adopted), but every time they go behind the door and come back out, he hears the other dogs barking and wants to go in again! To play, to explore, who knows…
Everyone’s dog is different, every owner is different. For me at first, I wanted to go behind the door with them. I was a nervous dog mommy. But as you observe your dog and how they treat him/​her, you’ll do just fine with this place.

I was really nervous to board our dog, Ruby, while we went on vacation. Paw In Order was wonderful and we are so glad to have found them! Everyone I spoke to and met was wonderful, friendly, professional and I could tell they really cared about the dogs. I was able to call and check in which really made me feel better. When we picked her up, the girl who was helping us took her out to «potty» before getting in the car. I was able to see her and watch how Ruby was playing with her and how she was playing and loving on her. Our pup was happy when we picked her up and we are thrilled to have found Paw In Order! We will be back for sure!

I took my dog here to get groomed for the first time last weekend and I have to say that I love this place. Aside from the adorable name, they did a great job grooming, the price is comparable to other grooming shops I’ve been to and it’s a MUCH better environment. They have play areas for the dogs (since they board as well) and were done within two hours so my dog wasn’t stuck in a kennel all day. Most importantly they seem like they really care. It was a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be back!

This is the best place in Orange County for all your dog grooming, boarding and training needs. I have been to many facilities and no other place operates with such high standards as Paw In Order. The owner, Brittany and her staff are very knowledgable and dedicated to their clients and pups. This is definitely the place to go if you love your doggies and want the best care.

This place genuinely loves your pet, and appreciates your business. Not only are the employees trained and polite, they have an amazing facility, and constantly renovating to make your pets stay the best it could be. I wouldn’t trust any one else with family than Brittany.

I LOVE Paw in Order, affectionately called PIO in our household. I have been sending my dog here for daycare and weekend boarding for almost 2 years. The staff here is AWESOME! They take such good care of my dog and he LOVES coming here! As soon as my car gets near the premises he can’t wait to get out and play! When I bring him inside he runs in and doesn’t even turn back to say by to me! The prices are very reasonable compared to other places and the care is really personalized. I can’t recommend PIO enough!

Great place to leave your pup. Staff is friendly and really seems to love dogs which is important when you’re leaving your much loved pet with someone. The prices are super reasonable and our pup always comes home tired and happy.

We have left our dog here several times when we have gone on vacation. Brittany is always patient with my «over mothering». We request that our dog not be exercised with other dogs (she is a rescue with an unknown background), and they always honor that desire. It’s hard to leave our «baby,» but we know that she is in good hands.

This place is extremely clean and spacious. You can tell they love the animals here! My dog comes home so tired after a day at daycare so I know she isn’t being put in a cage all day. They staff is so professional and friendly. I am glad I found this place for my baby.

First time I came here was for grooming. Megan did a great job. My puppy smelled great, looked great and was happy. I liked the place and boarded him one night. I was nervous because I don’t know how they really treat him behind the door even though I always get great feedback on his behavior. At the same time, I wanted him to try it out, socialize and maybe make some friends.
I dropped him off on Monday and picked him up the day after. This time again, they said he did good. When he saw me, he was crying out excitedly; however, when he turned to the lady who walked him out with a very pissed off look on her face, he got quiet down, and his ears and tail were down. I paid $ 25 for the «discounted» bath since I boarded him there, but he smelled awfully weird. I had to give him a bath myself when we got back home. After that, I noticed that my puppy started to get aggressive toward other people and dogs. He was an adorable and friendly puppy. He never barked at anyone before, ever, not to mention gnarling, but now he acts very cautiously when he sees them.
I really don’t know what happened in the kernel that day, but I certainly will not take him there again. I also found out that Megan was just an independent groomer for them.

I took my 2 dogs here for daycare just for a few hours to give it a test run and it was awesome! It is a small place that is very nice and well kept. It is VERY CLEAN compared to other boarding kennels. Most places you can smell urine or wet dog and this place had no odor which is surprising but very nice! When I dropped them off Britney took them back rather quickly so I wasn’t able to ask the questions I wanted which put me off at first, but she did look very busy. When I came to pick them up we chatted for a bit with my questions and she told me how they behaved. She clearly has a lot of knowledge about dogs and cares. She brought them out and offered to help me take them to my car (they are both big and excitable boys) which was nice since most places don’t care. Overall I had a good experience and my boys slept on the way home which never happens! And they were only there for a few hours. Can’t wait to take them back for a full day! And I will definitely try boarding them here when the time comes to board them. Reasonable prices and excellent service… you can’t go wrong! Perfect place for a dog! So happy I found it!

I am definitely sure he loves this place because when I went online to look for their number, I saw his happy smile posted on their website! My bf and I glanced and I was about to tell him, «Babe, doesn’t this dog look like Kobe?» But right when I saw his bacon ear and the bell we put on his collar, we knew it was our boy! He’s a model :) haha.
This was for a May? visit. I called at around noon seeing if they have any availability for grooming. They were able to take him in around 1! Called around 2 and he was done! He loved it! Usually he hates the groom (our go-​to is all the way in LA) and he looked so happy when he came out! She said he was cooperative and behaved, which made me one happy momma! He was so cute and cuddly with his bandana.
In June, we called to ask if he can stay for about two days while we were moving to our new place. I think I called maybe one or two days in advance and they still took him! A lot of places are usually booked. He always loves it when he goes there and for some reason never wants to come home! We called on Monday (the day we were supposed to pick him up) and had to extend to Friday to get the new place cleaned up and ready for him! They were able to accommodate our needs and I am very thankful for that! :) They said he found his little clique of friends and got along with everyone just fine!

Loved how professional this business is with its customers! The facility is clean, well-​run and they seem loving to the dogs.
My dogs stayed at Paw In Order for four days over Memorial weekend. The price was reasonable. I appreciated that they let both dogs stay in the same dog run. My dogs were happy and had lots of energy when I picked them up.
Great price, too!

I started bringing my chiweenie Coco here three weeks ago for day care. She is a very anxious dog and I was concerned about her having a «good» experience at day care. Upon arrival I discussed my concerns with the staff and they assured me that they would keep an eye on Coco. At the end of the day when I picked Coco up she was a very happy and tired dog. I got a full report from Brittany about how Coco had done during the day and she was honest about Coco being very timid in the morning. How refreshing to have a business being honest and not sugar coat things. Needless to say Coco goes to day care twice a week now for the past three weeks. Each time we go she is less anxious and every day I collect her she is a happy dog. The team there is fantastic with the dogs. They work with you and your concerns and they are sensitive to the different natures of the different dogs. The staff are a reflection of Brittany’s passion and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business to pet owners.

A day or a year awesome place to keep your happy and well taken care of while you’re away.
I took both my dogs to Paw in Order for daycare, one is super lazy the other is super active. Brittany understood both their needs and when I came back I came back to two very happy dogs. The rates were good and the place itself was awesome. They have 2 or 3 different areas for the dogs to play. Best of all I got the feeling that Brittany is a dog person. Sounds silly but it really makes a difference to me. Wish there was more parking but it was not a major problem. Overall I’m very happy and will return.

Our dog has been boarded here a couple of times, very nice place.

I’ve boarded my dog here twice this summer, and he came home happy and clean each time. The first time going he was really nervous, but the second time he got really excited when he found out where we were going.
I received good feedback from the owner on his stay. I found out that the first time he made some specific friends among the other dogs, and second time he just got along with everyone.
I’ll use this service again in the future.

What a fantastic weekend. I was able to enjoy my brief vacation knowning that my furry member of my family was safe and secure. I was referred by my vet and boy am I glad. They were right! When I walked into the office it was very clean and professional looking, yet inviting. I met the owner and staff at that time and was very impressed with their knowledge and care. I am very particular with who watches and cares for my baby. The boarding went well and my dog was very happy and not stressed out. She was bathed and ready for me to pick her up. I also took advantage of the training program and was amazed at the results in such a short period of time. I WILL continue with the training and now I will feel more comfortable in taking longer trips and boarding my baby at Paw and Order.
