Maybe if «Mitch» was as responsive to his customers (possible tenants) as he is to a bad review they’d get better reviews.
We offered what we thought was fair for the house. If you (and the homeowners) weren’t ready to take our offer you should not have taken our money to run our background, and you definitely shouldn’t have strung as along for a month and put us in a tough situation with us not having a place to move into given our timeline (which we communicated prior).
Again bad business practices for a management company. You can’t simply ignore people while you «wait for a better offer». Which is my my reviews warn potential RENTERS not homeowners.

I am a tenant who has applied for a property managed by Mitch. I have only dealt with Mitch over the phone and by e-​mail, but I have been impressed by his handling of the discussions concerning the property and his reasonable approach to various terms in the lease agreement. While he is a strong advocate for his client, he has also been response to my concerns. We are close to signing an agreement and I feel that Mitch’s handling of this matter has been a major factor in my decision to lease the property. I was strongly considering other properties, but having a reasonable and responsive property manager like Mitch can make the difference between a good experience as a tenant and a frustrating one.

I have been a tenant for a year in a unit managed by RPM OC Pro and have found the staff and management to be extremely accommodating and fair. There was an HVAC issue with the heater over the winter which was resolved in a reasonable period, considering they had to work with the owner. They have never been intrusive or nosy. I had one problem with their online payment system and they worked diligently to get it corrected (have since used post-​dated checks). I would recommend them to any property owner looking for professional marketing and management and to any tenant looking to rent a quality privately owned rental property.

Been using RPM OC Pro for several years. They are very easy to work with and I am very happy with the service. Would recommend them to anyone.

We hired them a couple years ago and they have been great. We own 2 rentals in Orange County and before we hired them we had a management company that we were really unhappy with. We like that they do periodic inspections of our properties and keep us informed on what is happening with tenants. My husband loves that they actually have a person pick up the phone when he calls and we don’t get an automated phone system! Overall I give them high marks and would recommend to anyone needing prop management.

Still no proof work is done. And now $ 35 to do a property check, which is not in my contract.
Have never had any of the staff attempt to make things right in dealing with them. Instead, Mitch said he wants me to take my review down, it’s hurting his business. No, Mitch, your poor business practices are what is hurting your business. Man up and take responsibility for your actions.

I’m reconsidering my business with RPM OC Pro once my lease expires. From the outset, they have been slow to respond to emails, and their maintenance staff is certainly hit or miss. It took over three weeks to fix simple (paint, re-​attach closet doors) issues that were supposed to be corrected the week prior to move-​in. I am on month two and despite promises to the contrary, they have yet to remove the lockbox from the front door, and the water softener system they assured would be maintained has run out of salt. Currently they accept credit cards for payment with a staggering 2.5% fee (why should I have to pay a nearly $ 44 fee for $ 1775 in rent?!?) They assure me «next month» they’ll accept «epay» which will cost «only» $ 2 a month.
I can’t believe it’s 2012 and this company continues to make things absolutely difficult for renters. I’ve already told my realtor to steer clear of showing RPM OC Pro’s properties to clients. It’s just not worth it.

In late 2009, I decided to give Property Management a try since my own schedule became overwhelming. After countless interviews for a Property Manager, I found the right fit with RPM OC Pro. I was very pleased with Mitch Mills and his team for their prompt responses. Mitch was very easy to assist in accommodating my property needs. His excellent Customer Service skills was an important factor in working with him and his group.
Mitch is always right on top of things regarding my rental property and have respect him for balancing the owner/​tenant responsibilities. He totally understands the Owner perspective since has experience his own rentals.
I would highly recommend RPM OC Pro since they have a wide range of servicing my rental needs.

RPM’s service has been excellent, everything has been handled in a very professional manner an they always keep me up to date regarding my property. Being that this was the first time I have used a Management Company they have made me very comfortable with all details involved in the rental process. I will definitely continue working with Mitch.
