«Last time i called thsi company when my car was being serviced they showed up in 30 minutes, it was a really hot summer day and the car they sent didnt even have air conditioner, it was extremely smelly and dirty. On top of taht the driver wanted to charge me $ 20.00 for a local drive taht is usually $ 5 or $ 7 the most. I refuse to ever call them again. (Hide) «
Wish I could have read «that» prior to getting in this taxi. You know how it is. You’re out all day enjoying shopping, and a nice cab ride to a good restaurant is a great way to cap off the day. Cab pulls up, and you don’t even notice that he doesn’t have a meter. My first mistake. To his credit, he knew where he was going. This is not the case for most of the drivers I’ve had in the City. We get to my destination, and I figure I’d be generous with giving the driver $ 40. He quotes a $ 55 price. WHAT! It doesn’t cost that much for a trip to the airport, from anywhere. I check the rate when I got home. $ 25. I paid the $ 55 though, steams my bacon. He says his name was Reidis. Could be a crock. The rest of my night more than made up for it.
