Sales Manager:
I was impressed by their sales manager Lisa’s awesome attitude and friendly demeanor. I was totally sold on their whole «green» concept and thought, why not give them a try? I mean after all they were so proud of being in business for so many years with a trail of loyal customers. I figured that I couldn’t go wrong with doing business with a company with a loyal customer base, and all these great reviews. Lisa spoke so highly of the «green» methods the company used and how they make sure your office gets the proper amount of time needed for cleaning. We have a pretty big office, so this made me happy. Considering so many details were neglected with the last company. I immediately followed up with Lisa and requested a quote, and asked when can we schedule a walk through? Of course Lisa was prompt and ontop of things straight away. Once the contract was signed and we were ready to do our walk through with the cleaning crew, things took a different turn. Our scheduled walk through day came upon us, go figure, the cleaning crew was early. However, Lisa and a gentleman were 30 minutes late! This was not how I wanted to start off a relationship with a vendor…
Cleaning Crew:
Upon my initial walk through with the cleaning crew that I was introduced to, wasn’t the same crew on surveillance. Which leads me to believe that this company in fact uses subcontractors. There was a different cleaning crew on the videos every time, On the contract it states that all employees are english speaking, which in fact is a lie. The very first day of meeting, the employees looked confused and asked for me, then immediately asked if I knew spanish? They refused to speak in english because they simply didn’t know it. They were early for the walk through, which I appreciated. However, things immediately went wrong once our service began. The cleaning crew were BEYOND unprofessional, I noticed that extra help was being brought in, which looked like family members (maybe their kids?), coming into to work with flip flop, and gym shorts (even after I requested for them not to come in to work like that) it still happened. I found myself reviewing the survelliance camera more than usual, in fact every single time after our scheduled day! Three cleanings into the month, and I found myself already regretting doing business with this company.
Cleaning:
The two hours we were guaranteed for cleaning services due to our office size, was realistically more like 20 – 30 minutes, twice a week. This «green» method they swear by is in fact total BS, I have personally caught one of the employees take a LARGE amount of kleenex from an office employee desk, spray windex and wipe the desk with it! I was furious at the fact that not only are they taking tissues to clean a desk area, but it in fact goes against everything the company stands for! Don’t say that you’re a «green» cleaning company when in fact you’re obviously not! I had to request that they wash the toilets and mop the floors, because it was not done on the first visit. A «deep» cleaning is supposedly done the first week. But that never happened for our office. I instantly noticed spider webs in the lobby, and I requested for them to be cleaned on the next visit. Long behold the day after, I found myself cleaning the webs. Even after the fact that the supervisor Nora said that she would personally make sure that it would be done. Bathrooms were totally neglected as far as floors being swept and mopped, soap dispensers refilled, toilet paper rolls were left out in all four bathrooms, and not properly put in the dispensers. Office was not being vacuumed twice a week as we agreed and trash bin lids were also neglected. I can go on much longer with further details on what wasn’t being done in regards to our agreement, but you get the jist…
Conclusion:
I requested my office keys back, and terminated the contract after only three days of services. It’s beyond me how this place is rated five stars, I call bullshit. Total nightmare of a company to work with! I wanted to like them so bad seeing how I was won over by their sales rep Lisa’s awesome attitude. However, the services itself are below average, and I found myself constantly repeating requests, and doing their job the next day. By the way, their office is NOT ²⁴⁄₇ like advertised. I would leave messages and my calls would be returned at much later times.

We use the service at my work. The cleaning person is there everyday and does a wonderful job. The lady’s in the office are helpful and courteous. Our supplies are always on schedule and the one occasion there was a supply issue someone drove out to correct immediately! I would highly recommend the service to anyone!

Best janitorial service company we have EVER had and we have been in business for 23 years ! We have used them for nearly a year now and are very, very satisfied with their service. I don’t give 5 star reviews lightly but this company absolutely deserves a 5 star rating for their superior cleaning and outstanding customer service. They are not cheap or high end as far as price, pretty moderately priced and worth every penny ! When their sales person Lisa presented their proposal, she spoke so highly and confidently of their service. Frankly, I’ve heard the same from other sales people. Their price was great and I made sure I called all their references… all of them gave glowing reviews so I hired these and am I sure glad I did ! The office staff has always been so accommodating to the occasional changes we need in our cleaning schedule. They always come through for us even when we contact them the last minute ! Thank you guys for doing such a wonderful job for us… ALL the time !!!
