I received great service at G&M, once again. David was very friendly and helpful in explaining the repair to me. They did a diagnostic and determined that the fix was a $ 7 part. What a relief! I ended up having them do additional maintenance that I had been putting off because the original reason I brought my car in only cost me $ 7. They have good prices and do great work. I trust these guys and will continue to bring all my cars to G&M Auto Care.

Greg is such a professional, the prices are very fare and he always will say the truth! I feel like I am in good hands in this hidden shop. They work fast and really care about their clients. I’m definitely coming back.

These guys are all time! The owner is not only a great mechanic but his pricing is more than fair. If you are looking for a mechanic who is honest and will simply fix what is wrong and not recommend unnecessary fixes go to them. I have had too many positive experience with these guys not to post another review. They are simply great!

It has been 2 days and Greg never returned any of my calls or issued me a refund for the non– functional parts + labor + tax.
Legal action is my only option.

Love the generic response Greg. First of all, it doesn’t take 4 times to get what I paid good money for to be installed correctly. And quite frankly, I do not trust G & M Autocare to work on the Durango any longer. You expect me to come back after you told me «after I fix your lights you are no longer welcome here»??
Like what I first posted, I just want a refund for the defective parts (you claim are defective) + labor + tax. In reality, I should be compensated for my time away for my work since I dropped off the Durango multiple times for you to fix what your staff originally couldn’t get right the first time. But I’m not asking for that– give me my refund!

Awsome customer service. Love that they told me about an issue but didn’t push to fix right away! Purchased a year’s worth of oil change services for myself and my husband!

I’m glad I found this place. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now. One day, Greg gave me a quote that seemed to make sense and for a good price, and I’ve been coming here ever since.
Every time I bring my car he gives me no hassle, no pressure, no BS advice about stuff I don’t need done to my car. Just what I need to fix or what I need to do to prevent further issues. He’s knowledgable and honest.

I brought my car here for a coolant leak. G & M handle swiftly, professionaly & surprisingly affordable. Great local shop! Greg the owner is a pleasure dealing with.

G & M Auto Care is the way to go when it comes to getting your vehicle serviced or repaired!!! I worked directly with Greg, the owner, who made sure that I was 100% satisfied, from start to finish. Originally, I called to get quotes on replacing ball joints on my 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic Z71… and he came in at roughly ½ the price of the dealership. So, I decided to give G & M a shot! To give you an idea of what great customer service they provided, not only did Greg provide amazing costs, but he even picked up my vehicle from my work and delivered it back when it was finished.
Greg ultimately replaced the upper ball joints, after realizing that my lowers were still good… and we even did a few other suspension parts to fix a phantom noise that had been haunting my front end for some time. Greg kept me in the loop every step of the way and eventually, found the phantom problem and promptly repaired it.
I got my truck back yesterday and found that all the noises were gone, the steering was perfect, the alignment was spot on, the suspension rode as smooth as I was expecting and ultimately, felt almost as good as when it was brand new. SO GOOD IN FACT, that I was driving it this morning, not hearing any noises, not feeling any issues whatsoever… and wouldn’t you know it, I guess I was driving too fast, just enjoying the road! Yep, I got a speeding ticket… thanks Greg!!!
All in all, Greg and team and G & M Auto Care took care of me all the way around, from awesome customer service to outstanding repair work… and the cost was much better than the «other» guys, especially the dealerships. Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed!

Great service and an awesome group of guys here at G&M! I found out about this place, because the company that I work for (1 – 800 Radiator) always brings all of the company vehicles here for regular maintenance, services and fix ups and now I know why after bringing in my own car. They really do good, quality jobs here… And oil changes are only $ 9.99 so this is the spot!

Great service, fast, and honest. Came here for a simple A/​C system recharge and they found a couple issues and recommended some solutions; they didn’t insist on doing the work or push me into making them do the work. They just gave me an explanation of how to fix it.
Because of their honesty, quality work, and knowledge, I’ll be coming back next time my car has a problem.

I was referred to Greg at G&M Auto Care by a family friend when my battery light came on in my dash. They took great care of my FJ, diagnosed the problem and replaced the alternator and battery. I liked the service so much I also had my struts and shocks upgraded to Bilstein. My truck looks and rides great again.

I have had Greg handle all my cars over the years. He always goes the extra mile to get me in asap, if im going on a trip he makes sure im ready to go.
They are very knowledgeable with all vehicles, so i am confident he will fix things right the first time. He has even picked up my car from my home when i couldnt get it to him… it’s like having a small town mechanic in California. I have been to many mechanics over the years and i will stay with Greg, i feel very fortunate to have found him… He actually cares about his customers.

Top Notch Work!

This place is great! I purchased an oil change package that was a «no brainer» for me. Basically for a very reasonable price I get 4 oil changes a year (plus a tire rotation; I bought my tires from them too) AND since I have a SUV (JEEP Commander) my vehicle uses 6 quarts of oil which is included at no additional costs. I love this place. It’s 17 miles from my home but it’s worth the drive. I recently relocated from OC to Beverly Hills to work so the commute is no good for my vehicle. However, I am confident that with these guys under the hood… I’m in good hands. They keep me informed and go the extra mile to keep my Jeeper in tip top shape! I highly recommend this little gem!!!
