I love this place! So so nice! My experience was great! I’m a 19 year old who got in an car accident (18 wheeler hit me) rented a car for a day to get my stuff from my car in Hollywood. The receptionist offered to drive me back home in Yorba linda!!! Otherwise I would’ve waited two hours to get home! She is the nicest lady ever! She trusted me in the car with her!

I did not have a pleasant experience with them, I was truly desperate for a rental car last week and they helped with a situation where no other car rental company could do. THE CATCH: You are only allowed 100 miles for each day. and 29 cents for every mile over 100. TERRIBLE, never heard of something like this, they make sure to run your credit card BEFORE they tell you this information. I told the owner of his shady business practices to his face and he gave me the most rude attitude ever. No, won’t be using them again. and suggest others follow suit.
They don’t have a professional office at all, their location in Orange, CA is not convenient for anyone! they are a $ 30 cab ride from John Wayne Airport. No shuttle to take you there. they are the poor man’s rental car, not sure how this place stays in business really.
I would give them zero stars.
