Rude staff, and they don’t honor their signed sales. When I asked to get it accommodated since I had already checked out, the guy at the register refused to honor the sale. I won’t be back to this location.

LOVE these ladies! First of all Sonia is amazing! Her and her staff are the best and provide the best customer service. My mom and I own our own studio and we always buy our supplies at Cosmoprof because they have the BEST employees!

Everyone here is so sweet and very helpful. I’m always greeted and I really love this location specifically for that! All of them are knowledgeable and well educated on all their products. I love to hear about their own product testimonials because it really is a great insight on how my clients will enjoy the product.
The store is always kept clean and easy to navigate which makes picking up before my day in the salon a breeze.
I have become a regular at this location and they treat you so well it was definitely worth mention.

I feel like this was one of the better Cosmo prof locations. The staff was really friendly and they had everything fully stocked which is rare with these places… I did have a little trouble finding this location however due to the fact that the city makes their sign look the same as all the surrounding businesses so when you are looking for a blue Cosmo prof sign you’re not going to find it but I did find it eventually.:. All in all I like to this location and I wish that the one off of lemon Street in Fullerton was more like this one!

Love this location! The products are always in stock, great selection, and friendly knowledgeable staff. Especially Kate — she always seems to be working when I come in and is great on educating me on new and current existing products that I am not familiar with. Some other stores take for granted that while you may have a license it doesn’t mean you’re in the know of every new product. I like when I go in and Kate is working because I know I can ask her 20 questions without getting attitude. Great location right off two freeways and up the street from the Orange Mall. I like to come in and then hit the In and Out across the street! ;)

I am SO GLAD they are on the drive home from work. I am constantly needing to grab a couple things. The staff is always helpful with questions, introducing new products, even grabbing a basket because I «only came in for 1 thing» and my arms are full! The Marrakesh Oil is FA-​Nominal!!! I bought it for myself and used it on a client, they stole it. :) So I bought 4 more and was out in less than a week. Its so nice being able to bounce something off a knowledgeable employee who can guide me to more appropriate products for a specific hair needs. THANK YOU!

Just saw review by Crystal N… it should be ignored. Look at her reviews. .mostly negative. .except Hooters. Haha. Firstly, she appears to chronically return things which seems odd. Secondly, I am a long time shopper here and there are NO male employees! This is by far my favorite location. It’s clean, well stocked, awesome displays and the employees are beyond friendly and knowledgeable. Love coming in! Sonia and her staff make me feel like an old friend. Crystal would be better served shopping at big lots.

I always feel so welcome when I come in. There is always such a good vibe and even if I can’t find what I’m looking for the girls at this location are always so helpful. I wish it were easier to get in and out of there, but the staff at Orange makes it worth it!

I came in to return a few items and ended up being charged for them! When I called in, they were extremely rude and told me they couldn’t find the transaction in the returns and that I would need to bring the receipt. Obviously it wasn’t in the returns bc I got charged! When he finally found it after arguing with me when I told him to check the sales, he refused to refund my card and said I would need to come in for the $ 7. I told him that it was ridiculous for me to drive 40 miles for $ 7 and after 15 minutes of arguing and asking for corporates number he finally agreed to refund me. I know mistakes happen but he should have been more understanding and realize that he was in the wrong. At no point did he apologized for the mistake!

Can’t even tell you how helpful Sonia the manager is. She literally listened to me whine on and on about my hair issues, and was so amazingly helpful on recommending product for me. I’m a licensed cosmetologist but that doesn’t make me an expert on any, or every product line. She took the time to talk about different products with me and I could tell she was giving me honest feedback.
Just to let every girl out there know if you’re having volume issues Big Sexy HaIr– What a Tease is the best thing to come into my life, no joke.
