I contacted Coastal Laser for a tattoo removal quote on 3÷1÷16. At first they gave me an astronomical figure ($ 1100 per treatment) but then dropped the rate after I provided other quotes from clinics in the area. I wanted to go with Coastal because they were closer to my home than the competition. After negotiating a rate, I asked the Client Consultant, Caitlin Sanchez, how long the Dr. had been working with the Picosure Laser, if they had any before and after pics of clients treated by their office (the pics on their site are from other offices), and approximately how many treatments I would need to remove my tattoo. Seemed like legit questions to me. Well, I was completely ignored after asking these pertinent questions and sent a total of 3 emails to Caitlin trying to follow up over the past 10 days, all of which were unanswered. I find it completely unprofessional for any office to ignore client questions, especially from «Medical Professionals». If they did not have solid answers, they could have just been honest and told me the truth.

Dr. Lisa Garbutt does a great job on the laser facial with removal of sun damage. Growing up in So Cal means lots of sun damage. Even brought up stuff I didn’t know I had!
