Amazing Aquariums & Reefs

I had been wanting to check this store for quite some time but it’s quite the drive for me and the odd store hours would put me in rush hour traffic.
I wish I had come by sooner. Super clean shop and a really nice guy. Not a huge selection but the pieces he has look healthy. I ended up picking up a few fresh cut pieces of sps out of his display for dirt cheap. All of them are doing well in my tank.
Note: I would call first to make sure he is open, I stopped by once a few weeks ago and the shop was closed during operating hours.

A M A Z I N G Corals! Absolutely Amazing! When I walked up I was disappointed at how small the place was and THOUGHT they would not have much. Once we started looking our jaws dropped with the selection and SIZE of their corals. The guy working was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great place

Wow ! I am hooked on this place. I should not have gone inside because now I have a target to reach for my tank. I was blown away by the quality. The prices were a little high but I’d rather pay a little more. Can’t wait to get my 240gal tank to finish its cycle.

I love going here, the customer service is great.
The selection is by far the best and healthiest I’ve seen locally.
I was on the edge of quitting the hobby, I spend a ridiculous amount of cash elsewhere and everything kept dying. I came here and within two-​three water changes I saw a big difference in my live stock.
He takes his time to explain and his ethic is not about making a quick buck out of you but see you succeed in the hobby.
I definitely recommend it and I’ll be a customer for many years to come…

Amazing shop, and well worth all the 5 star reviews. Ali’s place is as good as it gets for reef tank enthusiasts. Beautiful shop, with a huge range of healthy corals and fish. He keeps common stuff, and very high end pieces as well… something for everyone. He’s friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
If you’re looking for JUST fish, there are probably some other spots that have more selection, but what he does carry is always in good shape, and well priced. I appreciate honesty and consistency in my local fish store, and this shop gives me both.

Newbie at this hobby… Six months experience at this point. Ali, the owner/​operator helped me with the set up of my new tank and the last six months of multiple questions, now this hobby is my new passion. Amazing Aquariums is a Amazing store with beautiful corals. I have never been oversold on anything that I did not need. I have visited multiple stores in the last six months but I always return to Amazing Aquariums. Thanks Ali!

We went to this store because it was highly rated, we drove 26 miles and it completely lived up to the rating totally five star. We picked up a frag xenia and it’s doing pretty awesome in our tank. We wer trying to get a wave maker for our nano, he told us we can get the same effect from a different pump that was half the price of the wave maker.

This place is awesome! The owner is very knowledgeable and has the cleanest place. I picked up some frags and they’re doing very well. The prices are pretty good!!! I highly recommend this place ;-)

I drive from Riverside for this shop. One of my favorite coral stores in Southern California. Ali is awesome to deal with, his coral selection is top notch. He will order you fish (on Sundays.)

I looked at Unilocal reviews for a good reef store before moving to SoCal and was excited to visit AAR. Wow. Amazing coral in this place. Things I’ve never seen before and in terrific condition. I had left both my tanks in NorCal and immediately decided I wanted another tank at my new place. Ali, the owner, gave me an «amazing» deal on a pre-​owned tank and now I’ll shopping here for sure. This store is quality over quantity for sure. It’s not limited, just not packed with boring, or dying corals. Be patient if there’s a more than a few people. Labor costs create higher prices, and I think it’s just Ali. That’s a good thing if you want to buy top notch coral, without paying for 6 – 8 people’s wages in the purchase.
Expect beautiful coral that will remind you why you got in the hobby to begin with, and what you’re hoping to see in your tank! Great place and I highly recommend a visit. Even if you’re not in the hobby (yet).

I’ve been going here for a few years now. Ali has the most «amazing» displays. His water is crystal clear. When I’m lazy, which is often, I only buy saltwater from this store. This store is a must for those looking for quality corals & fish, just be forewarned, not everything is for sale… Ali has attachment issues.

Small store, but high end coral selection and displays. A unique shopping experience. Some items fair priced, other expensive, but appropriate for what you get!

I’ve been here about 3 times and it’s still the store with the cleanest and most beautiful tanks. You can tell the owner (Ali) has a true passion and love for aquariums. The store doesn’t look like your typical cluttered store but more like a museum or display. I see it as more of a place to admire the pretty tanks.
Everything is well kept, shelves are pretty organized and the whole place is calm, relaxing and chill. Ali seems pretty knowledgable in his craft and is a wealth of information. My only complaints are that when there are more than a few customers in there getting help is pretty difficult. Also, the store hours are pretty limited. They open at 2pm on weekdays and 12pm on Fridays and Saturdays… I think they are closed one day a week but not sure which day… also they close at 6pm so you have a very small window to stop in here. Very non-​customer friendly hours. I haven’t been able to come back and give them my business for this very reason.

Very nice store with cool displays and art. Nice owner. Didn’t have a large selection of fish or corals when I was in but that is hit and miss in this industry anywhere you go. Good dry goods selection and live rock.

Don’t go anyplace else for anything, just come here and your saltwater experience will be wonderful, and your tank will be healthy and happy. All of the livestock is top quality, and if you care about your tank and do not want to waste time money and precious sealife, then just come here. Period.

This place is amazing. The owner is a really cool and a friendly guy. Pretty knowledgeable too. His coral is sometimes very very expensive and thus I don’t buy much. I have haggled with him before though. The coral is superb. Some of the most interesting and exotic stuff you will ever see. Even though I have a problem with the cost, I would not hold that against him. It is not his fault I cannot afford the coral. And the coral he sells really is worth the price if you A) are that into the hobby, and B) if you can afford it. Go check it out; even if you don’t buy anything, you will still enjoy your time.

Ali’s store is amazing, and now that he’s moved to his new location, it’s even more amazing. His fish are always healthy and the corals are gorgeous. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to give out this info, but if you ask for the «brother deal», you get an extra 15% off your purchase! Ali is truly amazing!
