I recently switch over to State farm and have been assisted by Matthew., I switched my auto, collector cars, umbrella, and have my home owners insurance with them now. The process was painless and I cannot express enough how pleasing it was with dealing with Matt and crew. Highly recommended and my only regret is not switching with them sooner!

Adam and team have been great to work with as a first-​time home buyer and then with migrating my auto insurance over to State Farm.
Recently, I was in an accident with someone that didn’t have enough coverage to pay for the damages that they did to my car. After months of struggling with her insurance company, I decided to give Adam a call for some advice. Besides advice, he and State Farm were actually able to get me most of my out of pocket money back without having to go through what I’m sure would have been a horrible experience with the court system.

I am one of those guys who does not like talking about life insurance. I had avoided it for a really long time. The thought of me being gone didn’t really cross my mind. I am healthy and feel like I can out live most of my friends.

There really is a big difference between different insurance agents, even with a same company, such as State Farm.
I’ve been a State Farm customer for almost 2 decades and recently switched to Adam’s office back in December. I’ve experienced nothing but top notch service from anyone I’ve ever encountered with his office. They are friendly, prompt and professional and always go the extra mile to take care of their insured.

For nearly 20 years I had my car/​home insurance with Mercury Insurance via an agency in Orange. Last year, I was surprised to get a letter that my agency had sold to another. Right away, I experienced billing problems, etc. with the new owner. The customer service was lacking too (to put it nicely).
I wanted a change. The only problem was that over the years I had shopped around and always found that other insurance agencies were a much higher cost. Then I met Adam Guss. He was sponsoring a booth at my son’s baseball league (TWLL). He was sooo patient with me as I took quite awhile to get him the paperwork for 2 homes and 2 autos. Part of me thought that State Farm would be out of our price range, so guess I was dragging my feet a bit!
Imagine my delight when I arrived at his office to discover that not only could he beat the price to save me a few hundred dollars a month, but we would also receive BETTER coverage! He made switching so incredibly easy by providing all of the documentation that was needed. The customer service that Adam provides is A+.
