Office Depot

Drove from Rancho Cucamonga to Ontario to pick up a desk and chair. Mgr said they can only hold till today at 600 so we rushed over there to get it. Then asked Jose for help and had an attitude cuz he had to physically lift something. Bad customer service considering I was buying something. But then Chris happily stepped in with a smile and checked us out at the register. If u want to stay in business then train your Jose to at least act like he wants his job.

Ordered some prints to be picked up in-​store recently, and they turned out exactly as I expected them to be. Employees were also very kind and helpful. The only issue is that the order was not ready in time, but they were apologetic and made sure they got my order right out when I showed up. Nice, clean store and a nice area!

I went in to Office Depot to print a brochure for a project for school. As a student, I tend to procrastinate and this project wasn’t any difference. I went in looking for assistance in the printing center and Candice was so great… she is better than great, she’s the bomb! She was calm and oh so helpful. Thanks to candice, I am making Office Depot my one stop shop for all my printing needs.

Horrible customers service!!! I went to check out some office furniture and asked for assistant but then realize that the girl that was helping us didn’t have any knowledge. She even confirmed that this wasn’t her department and there was nobody else to help us. The girl from furniture department was in the printing department and the girl from the printing department was doing something else. Really unorganized!!! And they just lost a big deal. Because, we were planning on buying four desks. The best outcome from this experience was when we finally left. Ugh!!! Don’t come here save yourself an hour. We wish we knew.

I spend way too much time here! But Jorge is the best store manager and soo incredibly helpful. He really has a great group of people working for him. Everyone is always available for any questions you might have. If they aren’t available to assist you right away they find someone for you or come find you right after assisting their last costumer.
When I wasn’t here for work, while I was in school they were one of the most helpful sources for getting my projects completed. I tried other printing places and no one was nearly as helpful or nice as these guys.

Amazing customer service! They are so nice and friendly and helpful! Stephanie just spent an hour going thru my flash drive to print up a bunch of paperwork that I needed. I was able to print color, black and white, enlarge, laminate, and she even helped me make some signs. All in an hour!

Terrible service and they are sexist there. The manager won’t tell you much unless you look like a hooker and they don’t care about their customers what so ever. Now I know only to shop at staples.

I’ve lived right down the street for 3 years and never thought to come in here. Apprently, neither has anyone else. When I finally decided to use this place to ship my package, it was dead in here. I used their UPS service and they didn’t give me any options for delivery speed or anything. When I finally got the tag to pay up front it took almost 10 minutes to get checked out. (Apparently they are prepared to have more than 2 people in line at once) As I walked out the door I looked over to the shipping counter where the girl left my package and it was still sitting there, open and everything!

The copy and print department is a nightmare. There were only 2 people working there. I came here on my lunch break to print 84 pages and they were slammed. She told me it was going to take 30 minutes to have it printed and cut so I just stayed and waited. After 35 minutes, I got back in line and it was taking forever because at that point there was only one person there. I found someone outside of the department to grab my copies so I can pay for them and leave. He found the copies and they weren’t cut yet! They then proceeded to hand cut them one by one which was going to take FOREVER. It’s really not their fault that they are understaffed or that their cutting machine wasn’t working well. It would have been nice to know that in advance or have someone let me know it’s going to take longer than expected.
Everyone taking care of my order was really nice and apologetic but someone needs to do something to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Perhaps I am just spoiled by other Office Depot’s but if this was my first experience with Office Depot, I would never support them again.

I spent about $ 4,500 over the course of a week and 6 trips. I dealt with John in the furniture department. I had such a great experience here. I was going from an 1,100SF building with one office to a 2,700SF building with ⁵⁄₆ offices. I basically needed to fill a large office with nice furniture on a budget. John went out of the way to make sure I had everything I needed for the office. He helped me save money while still getting good quality. I have been shopping here for a while and have always had excellent service. This was the first time I shopped as a big spender lol. If you need anything, they will help you out. If your looking for office furniture be sure to look for John. This guy went above and beyond.
