Get classic J. Crew style from J. Crew Factory. Buy discount men’s clothing, and women’s clothing. Find great deals on sweaters, dresses, suits, shoes, accessories and jackets.
Awesome deals to be had. More often than not you can get nice shirts for $ 20 and pants for $ 30. Sizing could be better though. Why are their 40×30 waist slim fit pants. Wtf?

I love this store! The customer service is outstanding. I called at 9:15 pm to see if they were still open. The manager Michael said to come in and he would let me do my return. He opened the door at 9:20pm. Thank you Michael

I love a good deal, BUTNOTIF I LOSEMYSANITY. Average merchandise selection, WORST, MOSTSTUPIDSERVICEEVER. Upon arrival, my group was greeted by Michael(new store manager from the desert store) informing us of promotions. We browsed, tried on items, and made our selections. The Four female staff members were working the check out counter and NOONEKNEWHOWTOSCANITEMS, APPLYDISCOUNTS, ORLOOKUPOUR J CREWCARDS. Give me a freaking break. It took nearly thirty minutes for Nadia and Patrice(I think that’s their names) to charge us. THEYDIDNOTAPPLYSTOREWIDEDISCOUNTSORTHE15% OFFFORUSINGOUR J CREWCARDS until we corrected them. Upon asking about the discount, the two sales associates said there wasn’t one. WRONG. Two sales associates didn’t know how to scan the bar codes. The line grew from to at least 8 customers deep. Once the first attempted transaction was completed, ITWASALLWRONG. Another sales associate returned our merchandise and redid the whole transaction, failing to apply the appropriate discounts. As each item scanned I carefully informed the associate of the missing discounts. After an eternity we approached the exit and THEALARMWENTOFFONALLTHREEOFOURBAGS. The sensors were NOTDEMAGNETIZED. Manager Michael finally comes to check our bags. Apparently the sensors on the jewelry had to be cut off manually. I am a regular J Crew shopper of both regular retail stores and the Camarillo outlet store. Never has anyone cut off a tag for me. What the heck is going on here?! After ten more minutes our bags were returned to us and we left. I’ve grown a lovely pimple from the stress and anxiety of this sartorial ordeal.

I always leave with something. I leave especially content if that item is on sale or clearance. This time around I left with a pair of shoes under $ 20.

I’ve been a fan of this product since I was in high school though I couldn’t really afford it then. I had to buy them from 2nd hand clothing stores like Aardvark’s in Pasadena. Now that I have a scant more $$ to indulge on clothes(as long as I continue to eat only steamed rice flavored with soy sauce) I can afford to shop here once or twice a year when they have these mega holiday sales. I don’t need a T-shirt for $ 40.00 but since it’s 40% off, what the hell!

BLACKFRIDAYSHOPPING!!! This was my favorite store to be at on 11/25/2011. I arrived at midnight and there were only 5 people in line for this store. The line actually crossed paths with the bebe line next door. Figures. Anyway, when the doors opened, we quickly marched inside. It was 40% off everything, including sale items. All 7 of my friends were able to find something well-priced, comfortable, and stylish there + we were able to use our 15% student discount. I bought two dress shirts(originally priced at $ 49.50 each) for around $ 17 each= WHAT A STEAL! There weren’t too many people in the store either because everyone else was rummaging frantically in Ontario Mills hoarding up the lines in all the other stores. Overall my experience at the JCrew Factory Store was pleasant!

I bought two hairbands from JCrew for my 10⁄15 wedding. It was a perfunctory experience — I liked the selection. The customer service is always good.

Selection ok. Prices good — they had men’s pants on sale for 40−50%. Staff was friendly. I dont have too much of their stuff because the pants legs are so tight with the waist loose, so it doesn’t fit me well. But their long sleeve casual shirts are great — soft and comfortable

I have been in here a few times because I love the product, but my last visit last week will keep me from coming here again. The service here sucks! The sales people apparently only know how to say«hi, are you finding everything ok» because once you do have a question they look dumbfounded. I had one of the sales girl look up something I saw online but no longer available in the color I wanted in the store. She proceeded to search in her system only to come up with nothing because she was not searching the right item. How many times can you say this style different color. Another sales person next to her pointed it out to her as well. But instead of also helping he left. He appeared to be a manager… so I guess we can’t blame the sales person when the manager doesn’t even know how to provide customer service. So to finish off my tangent she finally figured it out… took my information to order it from another store. Two days later I call that store for a tracking number and they have nothing. They have no fax order under my name nor was there even anything held in my name. If there was a zero star rating that’s what they would get.

What the hey? They have two sound systems playing competing music, Christmas on one channel and disco on the other. This merchandise is made for the outlet. Cheaply made versions of the regular stock found in the mall. Yuck!

The discounts here aren’t that great. Some of the in-store sales at the regular malls are better. The selection of clothing is just okay. Mostly basic tees, shorts, & sandals. Maybe it depends on what they have in stock, I don’t know. Now, I thought it was a joke almost but I seriously had an employee ask me: «Are you finding everything okay?» three times within the five minutes I first arrived… and yes it was the same guy! I don’t know if he was just trying to be overly helpful or trying to mess with me or what but I notified him that he had already asked me that three times in five min. and he just replied: «Oh. ok.» Huh? What is going on here?

J Crew Black Friday sucks, even their retail stores lack items. Plus they have no real incentive to lower prices seeing as people will pay full price for their items. Tip: J Crew starts marking off stuff days before the big rush so unless you’re a clearance hunter, browse early. I suggest hitting the retail J Crew post-Christmas. Prices there are somehow cheaper. Useless to scramble to this one since few shop here in Ontario Mills. Low sales volume, low stock, such as a lack of smalls in 90% of the men’s washed shirts.

So I arrived on Black Friday around 4am. The store opened at midnight and the main prize was 40% off all clearance. I was a little disappointed in the stock. I know this is basically the outlet JCrew but the main thing I went there in hopes of was stocking up on skirts. The only skirts they had were longer wool ones and corduroy. I am actually a fan of the corduroy but the only skirt in my size had an elastic waistband. I was afraid this would make me feel like I’m either a toddler or really old. I also wish they would have had some of the solid color anklets. I ended up getting 3 shirts and 3 necklaces. I think 2 of those were technically clearance. The most useful tip for anyone new that is coming to this mall would be that if you end up on the other side of the mall(like I did looking for Starbucks). Then you can walk through H&M to cut through to the other side of the mall. You’ll end up in front of JCrew, Tommy Bahamas and Ralph Lauren.
