and have your package shipped to the store, don’t expect a phone call nor email to let you know you’re order is ready for pick up. .com says store calls you to let you know and store says .com is responsible to let customer know. Really? Get your story straight otherwise you’ll lose a lot of customers doing business this way. Done with Carters. So disappointed because I loved their clothes!

This Carter’s store never lets me down, and what I mean by that is that the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! A young woman named Natalie has helped me out during several of my visits to this store. I purchased a very large order online, and to my misfortune, everything went on sale the next day. So what a does a bargain shopping mom do? Of course I went into the store to get a price adjustment. On my most recent visit, Natalie helped me and I cannot stress how helpful and patient she was. She looked up every single item and compared the prices, online vs. in-​store, so that I could get the better prices and deals. Retail associates like her are what make businesses successful, and they are a reflection of the company. I live in Riverside and I always choose to come to this store because of the customer service; you guys are doing it right! There is a closer Carter’s store to my house that is on Limonite and I do not shop that at that store because of the poor customer service, so that should say a lot. I just really wanted to write this review because sometimes we only write reviews when we have bad experiences, and this shopping experience was definitely A+!

My wife and I love to shop, especially for our children, and this is our favorite place to come. The manager is quite knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We made a decent sized purchase on one of our recent visits but forgot to use a coupon that we had. When we went back a few days later the manager not only adjusted the price for us, but to our surprise she was very nice about it and even helped us shop. We saved money and used it to buy [you guessed it] more clothes. There are a lot of Carter’s around, but this one has earned our loyalty with their exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Today was our first trip to the Carter’s outlet. I found it thanks to the all knowing Unilocal!We live 15 minutes from the Mills and we were so happy to find out this place existed.
It was a lil messy but its an outlet, I dont know about you but I have sifted through worse at Walmart hunting for a deal! Lets be real, the clothes are too cute and the qaulity is great for the price.
As for employees no one bothered me, by that I mean followed me around asking if I need something, if they can find something for me… I personally cant stand that! Im shopping, Im wondering looking at everything enjoying my time. Overall I liked it, Ill be going back.
I got 2 p.j.‘s, one onesie, one pair of pants and a lil monster beanie for $ 28.00 you cant beat that. Dont care what anyone says it WONT STOP ME FROM SAVING MONEY!

As far as the store I love the store!!! But I have to add that the male cashier was extremely rude, he tried to make me feel stupid, and unappreciated as a customer. His customer service skills were horrible. I left the store upset!

This is the worst Carter’s I have ever been in to! Worst customer service ever, stood in line for 15 min while the cashier rang up this one couple literally reading coupons & playing with her nails it was so riddicolus we put our stuff down and left! I’ve been to lots of Carter’s but this reminded me of Kmart with cashiers who get paid min wage and don’t care of they have a job or if customers are happy. If I could give this location zero stars I would without even hesitation.

The Clothes For The Carter’s Line Are Slightly Larger Than Any Other Brand And This Is A Good Thing Because Children Grow So Fast. The Quality Of The Clothes Are Also Great. They Don’t Wear And Tear As Fast As Some Other Brands.
The Prices Here Are Awesome!!! You Spend Half As Much Here Than Elsewhere For The Same Brand Name And Quality. They Don’t Sell Seconds Here, They Sell The Same Items That You Find At JC Penny, Kohl’s Etc… So Why Spend More Elsewhere For The Same Thing Just Come Here And Save!!!
They Also Always Have One Sale Or Another Going On, It Is So Worth It To Come Here. You Don’t Have To Wait For A Sale, They Already Have Them.

I love this place… cute clothes… good selection… and when there’s a sale you save even more! :)

Great store for buying baby/​toddler clothing. I’ve been amazed at how cheap I can get some stuff here, and really cute too!
I agree with Valerie, look out for their sale racks and the like because this is where you can get onesies for something like $ 5 or so. I’ve always been really happy… when clothing a baby on a budget, I would really recommend this place. I recommend you go and shop for yourself or that expectant/​delivered mother in your life: o)

Shopping at a Carter’s outlet can be a good bargain — espefcially if you are looking for gifts to get a pregnant friend stocked up on baby clothes. Keep your eyes open for their ‘special’ racks — kinda like ‘clearance racks’ and priced similarly.
You’ll only save $ 2 or $ 3 per item — but if you buy 10 items… there’s $ 30 saved!
