I was so upset with the service I canceled the cleaning. They were over an hour late without a phone call. I would have been fine with it if they just gave me a heads up. They wrote down the wrong unit number. The guy that came to do the cleaning said he couldn’t find the place but was just sitting outside the complex. They weren’t rude to me. Still sounded calm and nice but I just think they should have better communication.

I went in they took care of me. They were super friendly and professional. They are a hard working team. Definitely recomend them.

My name is Stacy, and I meet the owner from having the company come and clean my house a few times. Each time I think there is something they won’t be able to remove from my carpet and to my surprise they do. Jim is amazing the workers are friendly, have tons of answers for your questions, and they never ever leave with you unsatisfied. Their work never ceases to AMAZE me. I have and will alway continue to refer them as well as continue to use them. I have compared this company to others that I have seen friends use and they are never ever happy with their results once the company they use leaves. I have shown them the work that is done at my home by Envirokleen and they are shocked. I will always speak highly of them. It’s nice to get a company into your home and or office that you can TRULY TRUST 100%. People who will inform you of all steps being used as well as how the machines work. What’s even better is not only do they just do cleaning, they sell all the supplies they use. I would say to everyone I recommend that everyone should toss aside those other companies that come in soak your carpets, or make you think it’s clean when dried you see the dirt and stains still there. I was very very impressed with this company. The guy who came out to give me an estimate was a pro and the pricing was great. I’m still on using them and I’m buying all my cleaning products from them.

I tried to call this company for maid cleaning service. Only that they didn’t get back to me promptly on their schedule. I felt hanging in the air.
The guy said they needed to see the job first and also had me sign a contract prior to sending their maids. All I felt that they were trying to sell me more service.
After I followed up with 3 phone calls and still didn’t get a definite answer to send someone for next day afternoon, I was so fed up that i simply cancelled their appointment.
I wasted so much time trying to give them business. Although they quoted with such low rates, I felt there will be surprises or hidden costs down the road. So much games over a simple maid service. I would stay far away from them.
