TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Like most people, I am usually compelled to write a Unilocal review with exceptional service, or the opposite, horrible service. I purchased a bed from Creative Home, stumbled on the store by accident since there are nearby furniture stores. They had a bed on display. Initially, they were very helpful. I decided to purchase the bed, but they said I should just take the floor model since a new one would take a few weeks to get. I inspected the floor model, it was in excellent condition, so I agreed. They even offered free delivery. Delivery day came, and I was excited… but then… the delivery guys take the bed out of the truck. The bed was completely unwrapped, not properly packed. Just thrown into the truck. This is an all WHITE bed, that I paid over $ 1,000 for. You’d think they would pack it to avoid any damage or stains. Once the bed was in the house, it didn’t take long to realize that the edges all around the bed were scratched, chipped, and had black marks all over. I told them I could not take the bed in this condition. It took over 4 days for someone to contact me, a man named Jacob. He called to tell me that there were «no refunds» and I had to take the bed. There’s no way I’m paying $ 1,000+ for a damaged bed. He proceeded to yell at me on the phone, extremely unprofessional. He said he would find a new bed for me. About a week later, the new bed is scheduled to be delivered. But no, it wasn’t a new bed. They took the old one and tried to repair it by painting over all the scuff marks and damage. So basically, he lied and had me believe I was getting a new bed, while they just did a substandard job at repairing it.
I would NEVER do business with this company again. I would have had a better experience buying a bed off craigslist, and hauling it home myself. Looks like they have good reviews for staging homes, I bet they take care of their own furniture when it’s in the truck. Really sad that they choose to operate their business this way. I imagine that most people, like me, just get tired of fighting with them and settle for damaged furniture just to avoid hours on the phone trying to get what they actually paid for.

I used other company to stage my house, this is my first time to use Creative Home for
my house. They act so quickly, within 2 weeks the house was been set up and I can
put on market for sale. Most important, their furnitures are brand new. Great Price for

We have been using Creative Home for some times now staging many of our homes. The results are — JAW DROPPING. They come into the home, they are very friendly and non intrusive. They review the home for a couple of minutes. When they come back they are with a crew. They work fast, they have a crew that will move furniture, each person does his job independently and when they are done… The results are unbelievable. Each home is being transformed into an architectural delight. I saw them turning messy, cluttered ugly homes into a glimmering tasteful show homes. They will take before and after photos to show you the transformation. From their testimony they do hundreds of houses each year… Witch all this said their prices are very reasonable.

David and Dalene are a dynamic duo. They are wonderful people to work with. I’ve known them for quite a while now, and they always work very hard to make clients happy. I love love love Dalene’s design. One day when I move to a bigger house, I will definitely use their professional interior design service for the whole house again. Their taste for the furniture is very affordable and elegant too. Feel intrigued now? Well. Give it a try then… pretty sure you’ll love it. :)

Creative home furniture and design has a higher stander to staging a home for my listings, all my sellers are very happy with their job!

My listing property was sitting in the market for months. The interior designer came in and create a miracle, to change the house totally different. It was decorated just like a high end model home. Of course it was sold immediately. I want to thank them to do such a wonderful job. Also I need to bring up one thing that the furniture they put in are absolutely luxury pieces. One formal dining chair I checked, it is sold in the retail for more than $ 1,000.00 You could tell their work is the state of art.
