I was there from out-​of-​state & needed my oil changed so bad. In my city we pull up & if the bay is full you put your car in ‘park’ and wait until a bay is empty & you can pull forward. I drove from Council Bluffs (where I was staying) and pulled up. The bays were full so I parked my car. An employee came out & was extremely rude, asking me what he could help me with. Um. An oil change. After all, it’s called Valvoline Instant Oil. So I told him I needed my oil changed and he told me it would be about 45 mins. He told me I could even come back the next day when they opened. This was around 2:45 or 3 pm and they didn’t close til 5 pm. Terrible customer service skills !

ZERO customer services skills from the techs that greet you when you pull up. Both times I’ve been there, they are rude and show no interest in helping you. Teach them how to talk to people or keep them under the hood.

They did fine work but are a little pricey. I had a coupon for a $ 19 oil change and they still managed to charge me $ 32 with the coupon added. Not sure what that’s about but I’ll go someplace else.

This is about as good as it gets when it comes to quick oil-​change auto places. The staff is friendly, they explain their work, and are actually knowledgeable about cars. (I was thrilled to find out that they actually knew some of the finer details of my Subie’s boxer engine.)
If you need some quick fluid work done, this is a great choice for your business.

Staff is very friendly and quick! Just pull into the rear of the building and park in front of an open bay so they can scan your VIN into their system unless your a prior customer. They can perform some light duty repair and replacement parts too. They do accept debit/​credit cards, and are open fairly early and late.
