Absolutely terrible environment. I would not trust these people to put anything on my skin. I walked in and it smelled disgusting, there were children running and screaming, and most of the workers were barefoot. They did not make us feel comfortable, and also mocked current tattoos. About as unprofessional as it gets, not to mentioned asked for cash upfront. My friend and I did not end up staying for the tattoo as we walked out and went some where much, much better.
