Once I found the place, I was impressed with the menu options, the knowledge of the staff and the freshness of the meal. I had the Godfather and really enjoyed a VERY filling meal. The calorie counts are listed on the board (nice touch) as are all the ingredients. Looking forward to going back to enjoy more selections as well as a shake or 2.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and decided on the caesar salad with chicken. Fabulous. Lettuce was bite size and the chicken was cooked perfectly and a generous helping! Fast AND healthy? I may have found my new lunch place «go to»!!

Ok, honestly the name kept me away but I’ve seen the reviews and wanted a healthier alternative to pub grub. Our kids thought we were nuts– my son looked at me like I had two heads when he realized they didn’t have fries with his burger! So God help him, he had broccoli. My daughter loved her pasta and chicken and my wife and I had different wraps. I had the Tex-​Mex which was ok but lacked flavor. My wife had the Santa Fe wrap which we both thought was awesome. They have smoothies and health drinks too. It’s clean, they are polite and have ample choices. They also do meal services. If you’re tired of Oscars or DJs and want to eat a little healthier, this place is for you.

I tried the godfather. It was chicken breast over broccoli and grilled peppers. The sauce was delicious. And it was under 400 calories. Excellent meal.

The staff is very friendly and the service is always excellent. I enjoy most of the wraps on the menu, with the XXL Turkey Burger and the Rocky Balboa being my favorites.

I got takeout from here on a weeknight. I had to run an unexpected errand and found myself hungry and not wanting to have to wait to prepare something when I got home. I also didn’t want to spend a ton of money on takeout or eat something unhealthy, so I decided to give this place a try. The restaurant is very clean and has plenty of seating. You order at the counter and your name is called when your order is ready. The employees I encountered on my visit were very friendly, and the gentleman who helped me even got me a complimentary cup of water while I waited for my order.
I ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap for both myself and my husband (cucumber salad as a side with mine, western potatoes for him). The total came to around $ 17, which wasn’t bad for two healthy, hot meals. The food was ready in a little over five minutes and was packaged in individual serving trays. The portions are really good for a single meal for an average person (big eaters may be left hungry). Both my husband and I finished our meals and were satisfied. The wrap was average compared to other wraps I’ve had, but when you take into account those other wraps probably had twice the calories and carbs, it makes the wrap pretty awesome. The cucumber salad was very good, and there was nothing «healthy» tasting about it. I tried my husband’s potatoes and they were alright, but were very spicy (like probably a level 6 on most spiciness scales).
I would recommend this place if you want a fast, reasonably-​priced healthy meal that you don’t have to prepare yourself. I generally just make something at home if I want to eat healthy (I prefer to splurge if I am eating out), but if you are looking for a healthy take-​out option, this is a great place with a ton of options instead of trying to stick to the healthy offerings on other restaurant menus.

my favorite is the Texas chicken nuggets & sweet potato fries for the two, macros total: 399 cals, 9g fat, 45g carb, 45g protein. doesn’t get better than that! tastes amazing and good amount of food.
anyone can enjoy this place, not just bodybuilders or health conscious people. really delicious and pretty cheap for what you get.

Great food. Had the Santa Fe steak wrap. Plenty of flavor in a healthy wrap. Portions are great and the prices are reasonable. Will definitely return here just wish it wasn’t so out west.

Had lunch there. Would definitely go back… food was great, prices reasonable for what you get. Portions are large and staff very accommodating. Great concept and if you are looking for something MUCH better than the standard «fried everything» this is the place to go. Calorie counts are on everything so if you are making choices based in part on that, there isn’t anything there that will break the bank. Proves you can have very good food and not have to clog you arteries in the process! I had the Italian salad and the Godfather. Way too much food, I thought the portions would be dinky given the calorie count so I got both! Next time only getting one since they are LARGE. My wife ordered the turkey wrap with cuke salad. Both were great and too much for her to finish! Great concept and we will definitely be going back. highly recommend!!!

This place is awesome. Good healthy choices for lunch and great service. Their protein shakes are really tasty and a small is only 140 calories! Their salads are delicious. I always add chicken and it tastes so fresh. It’s a little pricey for some things, but. I’d rather pay the extra bucks for a healthy option.

Love the concept. Good prices, super tasty, quick, and totally in line with my eating plan! A big part of what I find enjoyable about eating out is not having to put in the effort of making food, it feels like a luxury to go out to eat, but that’s difficult when you’re on a caloric deficit and/​or body builder. This place fills the void!

My husband and I are in Omaha for work this week and wanted a healthy option for dinner. This place delivered! And they do physically deliver as well. ;) The menu is full of healthy food including protein shakes and smoothies. I ordered the turkey meatball wrap and it was delicious! Ground turkey smothered with reduced fat Parmesan cheese in a warm crisp wrap. I got it with a side of steamed broccoli. I wish we had one back home so I could try the other menu items! This is a great option too if you are staying a few days or longer and you want some healthy home cooked meals.

One of the best hunger fillers after the gym! The prices are very fair the customer service is awesome and the food is very good and made fresh with a giant selection to choose from! Defiantly come check this place out!

My first time I ordered online to have food ready for pickup. I ordered the Penne Romano and my boyfriend got the Chicken Breast Signature Sandwich with Western Potatoes.
I showed up 30 minutes after pickup, but my food was still warm and not soggy. Food was great! I enjoyed every last bite. Chicken tasted fresh and the Western Potatoes surprised me with the spice. I even loved the reusable to-​go containers. Definitely will be returning!
Being a health-​nut who doesn’t eat out much, I’m glad a place like this has finally came to Omaha!!!

I loved Muscle-​Maker to-​go food so much, I had to try dine-​in. Two times was a charm, and the Muscle Maker Teriyaki Chicken Brown Rice Bowl was delicious! I was stuffed, and did not go away with that «I’m watching my carbs but starving on the inside’ feeling. I must say I was secretly eyeing my friend’s «Godfather». It will be next on my list!

If you are into healthy diet but still want to eat outside this is the place. I have been here once and their menu looks very healthy and well balanced. I also liked the portion size.

Great food at a good price. Will for sure come back. Sure is nice eating something not fried when eating out. All meals are made to order so there is a wait but it’s not bad at all. All meals gave the caloric value next to them as well so it’s easy to make healthy choices and the choices are many.

It’s about time a place like this came to Omaha. Here, you can order high-​protein, low-​carb, calorie-​controlled, health-​conscious choices that also taste great. Thanks to the Bosh brothers for makin’ it happen!
This fast-​casual awesome-​stop offers a ton of options — salads, wraps, pasta, chicken breast a la carte, you name it! If you want to eat «clean» and just get steamed broccoli and some fish, no problem! They also make huge protein shakes of many varieties, as well as smoothies. On my first visit, along with my 6-​month-​old son — and I guess I brought my wife, too — we were greeted immediately by Blonde Bosh (sorry man, I didn’t get your first name!). Blonde Bosh was super-​friendly and went through the menu with us. He gave us a few suggestions, but the Mrs. and I had made up our minds online prior to showing up.
I had the Penne and Reduced Fat Vodka Sauce with Chicken. I was given a choice of regular or wheat pasta, and had the option of substituting another type of protein. We both chose wheat pasta, and it was great. It was cooked properly, and didn’t end up gummy or nasty like when I buy the crap from Walmart and cook it myself. I’m pretty sure where that always went wrong was the «cook it myself,» part.
Like I said, my wife had… Oh wait, I didn’t get to that yet. Well, she chose the same dish as I did — only with steak instead of chicken. Gotta love a girl who likes her meat red! Anyway, we both enjoyed the meal. My first impression was that the food could use some salt, but as I continued eating, I reconsidered and decided it was plenty tasty as-​is! The chicken and steak were of high quality, and cooked to satisfaction.
I could eat at MMG everyday trying different things. This place is seriously right up my alley, as I’m a personal trainer by trade. While we were eating, Brown (haired) Bosh came in with his kids and said, «Hi!» in passing, which we appreciated. Wifey fed our boy her home made milkshake (please don’t hit me, honey) while we were there, and the staff didn’t even bat an eyelash. She covers up while nursing, but it’s nice to feel comfortable.
On our way out, we were thanked for coming in. Blonde Bosh gave me a free t-​shirt, and I wear it with pride. I tell all my clients to eat here, so spread the word.
I am really looking forward to going back for more! And more, and more, and more… and then in 14 years, maybe my son can get a job behind the counter and bring me food… and, I digress.

This was my first time here. Service was great and food was good. I had wrap and a smoothie and they were filling yet healthy. The broccoli was my side and it was great also. I will come back again as the portions were not over-​filling yet sufficient.
