Employees need more training on how to make lattes. I bought 3 from this location and were horrible. Don’t know if it was too much espresso or what but they were awful. Staff seem to have no communication of what’s going on. I always see someone just standing behind the counter, not sure if their designated doughnut counter or what. I just never know what I’m going to get.

I always come to this specific dunkin donuts the cashiers are always nice and fast. Do the survey on your receipt you get a free donut with a purchase of a medium drink!

Fresh, soft donuts! Vanilla crème, chocolate glazed, sugared raised, and the Chips Ahoy all were as expected. My iced coffee with cream & sugar has a nice coffee bite and is not too creamy. Cheerful and speedy service. Perfection for a cloudy afternoon treat.

Not impressed. Donuts taste stale and they are fairly slow. Honestly there are other better donut shops around like Krispy Kreme or Lamars. Their coffee is pretty good though and worth a look.

This location has gotten way better at their service! :) my orders have all been correct. The service is way faster now. Way to go Dunkin’ Donuts on L! Their ice coffee is absolutely delicious!!!

They said they ran out of certain products so left here and went to the dunkin donuts on 108th and Q.
Hopefully they do better with keeping products stocked in the future.

This new location is in a great spot for business! For being brand new i would expect people working there to be excited, but that is not the case. Three times i have been there and workers look bored out of their mind with no smiles on their faces! It makes me sad because you work around coffee and sweets all day! The food is Ok not OMG amazing but good. donuts of course are delicious and the coffee AMAZING. The reason i gave them three stars is because they are new and already running out of supplies and i had to wait about 15 minutes to get my coffee sandwhich and hashbrown. I do hope they improve it would be sad to see them go down so soon.
