Our daughter bought us a full priced car detail package for our European car as a gift. My husband took the car for the full detail. We later picked it up and just focused on the shinny outside. Drove home. When we got in the car next time we realized water had sipped into the electronic panel that regulates radio and thermostat, among other things, so that you could not see thermostat or fan settings (digital). We called them repeatedly to have this fixed. They ignored our calls and messages, put us off and TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY for the damage. The estimate to fix the damage they caused was over $ 2000. Yes, we could have sued them, but didn’t. DO NOT take your car there. They are there for the quick buck only.

I bought a deal for auto detailing on Living social. Before I could use it (about a month before it was expired) I got a notification that Auto Inceptions had accepted all that they were going to & that I couldn’t redeem it. I was able to get my money back from Living Social but I was extremely frustrated with Auto Inceptions & thought it was horrible business practice & mismanagement to not honor the deal they promised.

The lobby area of the shop needs some serious cleaning up. What kind of impression are you giving your customers? The car wash itself was good. Missed a bunch of spots on my wheels when you cleaned them. And a little advice to the owner: have your employees remove their rings when they wash a car! Not that mine was scratched but the potential is there.
