Honestly one of the worst gel manicures I’ve ever gotten. And SO overpriced! Poor color selection, sloppy application, started peeling off in less than a week. Really disappointed in this place, especially given its luxe location and prices

Whoa talked about relaxed. This is my go to place for a spa treat or massage. They offer all kinds of massages from deep tissue and swedish or couples massages.
They also have very well appointed facilities including a sauna, razors and shaving cream etc.
I really love this place and walk out half relax half drunk from euphoria.
It is expensive but so is everything else in squaw, totally worth it especially after a long cold day on the slopes.

I have been to this location many times and the staff is very friendly and so accommodating! The Lihue Honey Escape with a 80 minute massage was to die for!!! At the beginning or end of a summer or ski day this is the place to relax and enjoy!!!

Really disappointed. Seemed like an awesome spa with great all natural products. I made my husband a massage appt since he truly deserves some pampering and relaxation. He got to the spa ready and excited for his massage when he learned that the appointment wasn’t on record even though the girl remembered me and knew I had made an appointment for him despite having nothing on record when he checked in. I am embarrassed and deeply upset as this was supposed to be a gift for my husband. Now my husband walks away disappointed and I walk away really annoyed they couldn’t even get an appointment scheduled. Better training and customer service would greatly be appreciated here… Wouldn’t recommend coming unless you’re prepared to be disappointed

My wife made an appointment for me at noon. I show up 5 minutes before my appointment and the girl at the counter said, «Was your wife the one who came in with the baby to make your appointment?» She obviously remembered my wife. She looked in the system for a minute, then said, «I’m not sure why, but I don’t have your appointment in the system.» She then asked another girl to come look in the system who asked, «Are you sure you have an appointment?» Maybe you should ask the person standing next to you who accepted the appointment and was responsible for entering it into the system.
Don’t waste your time here… because they certainly don’t act like they value it. If they’re not even competent enough to properly record an appointment that they remember accepting, I’m not sure their people are capable of much else. There are plenty of spas in the area that are far more competent and professional.

My husband and I went today after day of golfing. We both enjoyed the Swedish massages and the amenities the spa has to offer. The therapists were great!

Everyone at the spa was super accommodating and welcoming. I came in for a last min pedi before a wedding at Plump Jacks and had my 13mo in tow. The pedicures works on an «on call» basis & Kris was there super quick. She also got me in & out fast since 13 month olds aren’t really into pedicures & did great job.

Best massage I’ve ever had. Staff were very accommodating and the steam room was a great added benefit!

I am giving the site 3 stars and my massage therapist 5 stars. This is a very small spa with 2 showers, and a steam room. They have some fruit, nuts, water, teas in the common area, which is also small. But I had the best massage of my life today with Greg! For that, I would come back again. All my four friends also loved their massages today as well! They listened to what you wanted as far as areas that you want to focus on. Greg is AMAZEBALLS! Better than any high end las vegas spa massage I’ve ever had! I highly recommend him! I got a scrub/​massage and it was so therapeutic!

I had a positive experience at Trilogy spa. It was quiet when I visited (mid-​February afternoon) and I had the change room to myself in preparation for my massage. I came in early, enjoyed some spa water and took my time getting ready by relaxing in the steam room prior to the service.
The change area, though not large, was perfectly suitable and clean. The bath robes, though not the fluffy plush kind, were made of waffle weave cotton which suited me (and the pleasant weather) just fine — from what I could tell, the bath robes were all in good shape. Jeff (massage therapist) escorted me to the massage room, he was professional and courteous and his massage was top quality; truly relaxing and wonderful. Following my massage, I was offered a delightful fruit coconut water which I thought was a really nice touch. Both hydrating and replenishing.
I made my way back to the change room and took full advantage of the great showers (fabulous pressure) and the well stocked amenities (lotions, masks, disposable razor, hair dryer etc) — I also noticed that they had the full suite of feminine napkin products which is a courtesy I appreciate even though I did not need them at the time. I did not feel pressure to leave or hovered upon — I took my time and enjoyed a truly relaxing and restorative experience.
The one suggestion I would make is to include some fresh water in the change area because this is where most people spend their time. Since space is tight, I would consider setting it up just as you walk in — a small table where the laundry basket is. Overall a very positive experience and I would return without hesitation.

It takes a lot to disappoint a girl on a beautiful vacation in Tahoe.
I decided to treat myself to a «spa» pedicure and shellac manicure. The treatment I had was anything but spa like.
First of all the tech filled a «basin» with Luke warm water and let my feet soak. It was quite a surprise to me that for $ 100 pedicure the spa didn’t even have a jetted tub to soak your feet.
While my feet soaked the tech began to remove my old shellac polish. She began with the typical process of lightly filing the top coat and then placing acetone on them for a few min. By this time the water was very cool.
She filed my toe nails and then applied a gritty exfoliant scrub to my legs WITHOUT wetting my legs. They she rinsed then and polished and DONE! $ 100? My 11 year old Niece could have done that at home better.
Now here is where it gets really good. The nail tech then focuses on my fingers. She begins to scrape off my shellac polish with her finger nail! And yes she did that with all 10 nails. DISGUSTING! She didn’t know how to apply the shellac and had to redo a few nails as they were bumpy. I have to give her credit for her efforts on that!
When she was done. She brought me to a «relaxation room» and offered me a glass of wine. This was the 2^nd glass they offered me and the 2^nd glass that I didn’t receive.
When it was time to check out the amount I was quoted over the phone was not what they were charging me. The receptionist argued with me about it. I asked her to contact the person who I set the appt up with and she refused. She told me I was wrong. At this point I was done. I paid them and left.
Shortly after I received a call from them apologizing saying that I was correct. They called the girl and the amount I was told over the phone would be honored. I was still upset because they treated me like a liar! She finally did the right thing and reimbursed me for my visit. That should make me feel better but somehow it doesn’t.

Came here for a Bachelorette party. it was awesome. Everyone was very nice and professional. I got a regular mani/​pedi that lasted two weeks! Some of the other girls got massages and scrubs. Everyone was happy and relaxed. The location is beautiful in the village, very close to lots of cute shops and good restaurants. They also have a very comfortable waiting area with a nice big fireplace and lots of magazines.
I hope to go back sooner rather than later!

Massage itself was decent, but the one star goes to the spa facilities. The robes were practically see through and falling apart. When I asked for a thicker one (which some ladies had) all I got was an extra large size one that literally hung off me. The hooks in the shower stalls were falling off the wall, the shower faucets off kilter, there was no TP in the bathroom, and the apples looked like they had been sitting there for a week. Hardly anyone came around to clean up the locker area and despite the effort of the staff, this spa was clearly lacking some basic management issues.

I’m sorry, but this will not be a good review. A friend of mine gave me a $ 150 gift certificate to this spa. What a thoughtful gift. I’m local from Incline Village and have lived here 15 years so I understand the difficulty of finding consistently good staff in a ski town. However, this spa is going to have to try harder. I made an appointment for a spa manicure and pedicure $ 53 and $ 63 respectively for a whopping total of $ 116.
I’ve had better experiences at small little shops in Reno. According to the Trilogy Spa website, I was supposed to receive the following:” Relax and enjoy the soothing warmth of a paraffin wax treatment for your feet. After a thorough cleansing, filing and exfoliation and massage, your feet will be wrapped in our paraffin mask for deep hydration and moisture. A perfect polish completes the treatment! ” And for the manicure: «Relax and enjoy the soothing warmth of a paraffin wax treatment for your hands. After a thorough cleansing, filing and exfoliation and massage, your hands will be wrapped in our paraffin mask for deep hydration and moisture. A perfect polish completes the treatment!
I never got the paraffin wax treatment on either my hands or my feet. The pedicure bath was lukewarm. She didn’t soak my hands at all but proceeded to push back my cuticles. Ouch is all I can say. The leg massage lasted about 60 seconds; the hand massage about 45 seconds. While the gal applied the polish carefully, she did admit to being hungover from a night out at PlumpJack. Everything was completed in 45 minutes but I was charged $ 116. I think a beauty school would be a better place to get a treatment. I asked to see the menu card but it didn’t have the treatments listed in detail. I event asked the nail tech is she was sure I had just received the SPA manicure and pedicure. Of course she said yes.
After getting home to look at the website and see everything I didn’t get, I called back to tell the manager. Amy, the manager couldn’t be bothered to call me herself. The receptionist called me back and I was told that there was nothing they could do since I used a gift certificate except give me a 10% discount on a future service. Really? I don’t think so. So instead of defrauding me directly, it’s better to defraud my friend Julie who is the one who spent $ 150 to buy the gift certificate? Interesting logic.
All I can say is save your money and go somewhere else.

Amazing! Get a massage from Katie Howard!!!

My massage with Jeff was 5 stars. I get frequent (~monthly) deep tissue massages and his was really one of the best. Jeff did a great job getting into my back and shoulder area.
The facilities probably only get 3.5 — 4 stars. The changing area feels really small, and the steam room was OK but vacillated between scalding hot as the room was heating up and a normal temperature. It’s also weird that there’s such a large waiting area in the front by the fireplace vs. the really small waiting room when you’re waiting for your treatments. They might want to consider combining those areas or using the space in a better way.

After skiing all day at Tahoe/​Squaw, it’s nice to splurge on a fancy massage (since my body is beat up post-​slopes). I found this place to be a great post-​slope option, but it was Aspen-​expensive.
First, the spa is very large and cold, which you don’t really want post-​spa. The waiting area is lacking and right near a frosted glass door that makes the area frigid. The ladies locker room is tiny, and is literally one small bench that you have to fight for a spot. The steam room was luxurious (but I’m biased and addicted to steam rooms), and I really enjoyed that. However, it’s not a classic spa that has a sauna, large steam area, etc. It fits all in a small women’s locker room. Nevertheless, the massage was amazing. It was firm to the touch, and really well done (and I’m a massage snob!). The pressure/​touch was amazing, and overall, this made up for ht ambiance!
Worth the splurge post-​Squaw. Also the only spa in the area, so you don’t have much choice!

Our company was pretty awesome and took us to Squaw for a ski trip. I was one of the organizers of the trip and since there were many people who didn’t want to ski, we offered them a spa option instead. The spa was great in working with us and holding reservations for our group.
Since I needed some downtime, I went to the spa and indulged in the Ginger Body Butter Deluxe signature treatment (80 min. for $ 220). Ciri was really awesome and a super masseuse.
The entire treatment was pretty great except for:
— the rainbar — lying on your back, water gets up in your nose so you’re constantly swallowing water and it felt like a neti pot but not expected
— your hair gets washed and it’s not really possible for the person to wash your hair very well while you’re laying there on a table (I would recommend that they remove this from the treatment)
Everything else was pretty fantastic and I definitely left feeling more relaxed which was the goal.

Best prenatal massage I’ve gotten, hands down. My masseuse was not afraid to really rock it on my sore, aching back, and even though I had only a 25-​minute massage, I wished it was an hour, and it did way more than the hour-​long I had back home.
I’m so glad I went here — they have a lovely facility and great staff, and a nice relaxing atmosphere (even on a Saturday!) Free tea and water and small bites, and a lovely locker room area with sauna. Highly worth the bucks.

Being able to walk in and get an appointment during your vacation is great. The spa is located just a few minutes from the Village Lodge and although it’s a bit small. the interior is clean. The steam room was a nice complimentary bonus. Although my massage therapist was not the most «upscale spa like» more laid back– snowboarder dude. he was a great therapist and addressed my needs. He was open to communication when I told him the pressure was too light. The Swedish massage itself was one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced.
Only negative is the spa is located in a busy area and I could hear people, kids, banging on the exterior walls, etc from out doors so that was disappointing when you are paying $ 110 for a treatment. They take credit cards for payment but ask for cash gratuities.
