EFT is a gentle, yet powerful healing tool that combines traditional Chinese medicine with modern psychological principles – kind of like acupuncture without needles. It stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, sometimes just called «tapping.» EFT allows you to access the power of your mind-​body connection to address a wide variety of physical and emotional challenges that can weigh you down and rob you of your happiness.

History

Established in 2012.

Panther Tap was founded in 2012 in Union, Washington, with an office in Belfair prior to relocating to Olympia in 2013.

Meet the Business Owner

Valerie B.

Business Owner

I received my B.S. in Nursing Science (1989) and my M.S.N. in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing (1996) from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. As an RN, I worked in maternity and newborn nursery, family practice, and community mental health. I also helped build a brand new children’s unit in a psychiatric hospital in Anchorage, Alaska.

After completing my Master’s degree, I opened a private practice as a child therapist specializing in trauma and abuse. My life took a turn n 2008 when I began freelance writing about natural health. In 2012, I completed my certification in Clinical EFT and I’m excited to be bringing this powerful healing tool to our community.
