Our level of experiance and professionalism allows us to excel in many different disaplins in the landscaping industry. Lawn care and landscape maintenance, and landscape design and installs specifically being our strongest points. We are equally as qualified and experienced in hardscape installs, irrigation, pressure washing and roof cleaning. We are certified members of WALP «Washington association of Landscape Professionals» and take what we do very serious.

History

Established in 2014.

Hired Expectations is the product of 15+ years experience in various trades from time spent as a greens keeper, landscape design and installs, landscape and lawn care, construction and welding. We started the company and have grown so much because of our dedication to hard work, honesty, reliability, experiance and treating each customer as if they were our only customer. We are now managing several large commercial properties, high end residential properties and smaller properties too. «We want to serve our community with honest, quality work. Dedicated work ethic, and fair prices. We always give 110% because our name and reputations are all we have and we take pride in our ability to personalize easily with customers and give them a level of service that surpasses their level of expectation.»

Meet the Business Owner

Chris K.

Business Owner

Chris was born and raised in Olympia Washington. He has held several positions from framing and roofing, to the greens keeping industry at Olympia Country and Golf Club. He has also spent time doing kitchen installations for home depot. Lawn and Landscape maintenance amongst other things within the industry have really gathered his interest and takes great pride in his ability to visualize a perfectly manicured yard, and then executing that vision. Chris loves to spend time with his children, three and one, playing catch and teaching them about his love for the outdoors. Chris has also spent a large amount of time in the surfing industry with time spent as a surf instructor in Maui, HI. He holds a sponsor currently from Northwest Riders, a local clothing company based out of Seattle, WA and enjoys taking family trips to the beach. Chris is a very respectful, easy to talk to person with endless drive and hunger for success.
