History
Established in 1993.
First opened as a 15 barrel brewpub, serving food from the pizzeria next door, we’ve since expanded both our brewing capacity and our restaurant capacity, featuring a full menu and two story bar space.

Manager
I started at the Fish in 2003 as a dishwasher. After leaving to complete my bachelor of Arts degree (and a brief stint as a commercial siding installer), I returned to the Fish as a waiter/bartender. I «ascended» to pub manager in late 2006. It’s been an exciting ride and a great opportunity for creativity and exposure to our excellent community. GO OLYMPIA!
