History

Established in 2009.

The Capital Philharmonic Orchestra has been playing together for the past four years through the Evergreen Concert Series but now has formalized their identity as their popularity has risen. The orchestra focuses on playing music that inspires people, leaning towards recognizable pieces from the great composers all the way to popular music used in current films.

Manager

Seth Winterhalter serves as the Music Director and Principal Conductor of the both the Orchestra and Chorus. Mr. Winterhalter moved to Olympia in 2005 after studying and working in New York. He is passionate about using the arts to inspire all people and to use this inspiration to strengthen and motivate the community towards positive growth.
