Refabulous is the place to be creative. We offer Sewing Classes and Creative Classes of all kinds that are user friendly and fun. We know learning is a joyful act and our teachers love teaching.

We will help you cultivate your own sense of style and give you the confidence to weave YOUR Creative Impulses into the fabric of who you are. Join us and make something fabulous!

We offer sewing lessons and sewing classes for beginning and experienced sewers. We offer classes for adults, teens and younger children. We offer summer camps for kids and teens.

If you’re intimidated by the idea of learning how to sew you don’t have to worry at Refabulous. We know how it feels, and we know how to make learning to sew easy, fun and supportive.

If you are an experienced sewer looking for a great place to sew we offer memberships and punch cards. Join us and we will help make sewing fun again!

Established in 2010.

(re)fabulous is the best place in town to play and find the creative in YOU. We offer sewing classes and sewing lessons that will make you laugh while you learn. We have a huge sewing space with lots of inspiration and we will cheer when you finish a project. It is that much fun here!

Our sewing classes are inspired by the beauty around us and the joy we get when everyone leaves just a bit happier. We believe that when you work with other people your work is richer, your time is better spent and you are made happier in the process.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

I started sewing at 11; my mom and I had a different sense of style. She gave me her sewing machine and permission to create. I have been making stuff ever since. In an earlier version of my life I taught every grade from Kindergarten to University. I love teaching. I have a PhD in Cultural Theory and I am thrilled when I can use something twice. When I combined these great loves (re)fabulous was born. I spend my days helping people of all ages create beauty that will help them shine in a world that needs more glitter as we happily do our share to save the world one used sweater and sheet at a time.
