I used to have to drive my wife several towns over to get her jewelry fixed. She wears a lot of jewelry and not only is she on a budget but is very picky when it comes to who she will let do repairs. Something is always falling out or breaking on a monthly basis and I was sooo sick of driving her the 45 minutes it took to get to her jeweler. Then she found J & S Gold and Diamond Exchange (James and Sons) She said she found them on accident and decided to try them. They are very fair with pricing and do good work and every time she comes out of there she has a smile on her face. I have gone in there as well to see what they are like (I usually wait in the car while she does her errands) and she goes to Roberto Giovanni with her repairs, who I have now met and like very much. He is very friendly and goes out of his way for his customers and is good at what he does (I am not social and don’t care to talk to most people) but I do like him a lot and my wife is always happy with her jewelry repairs there when she picks them up. The best part is that it is very close to home and now I don’t have to drive her to the far away place anymore! I am very glad she found then and give them 5 stars for quality work and customer service!

I recently went here to sell some jewelry. They gave me a low ball offer … Final offer. I took the same jewelry to Marry Me in Countryside IL and was offered 3X as much. I will NEVER go here again. They were trying to get over. The offer, service, explanations, etc… were all top notch at Marry Me. Beware of J S … Get 2nd, 3rd opinions/​offers before accepting FINAL OFFERS from these crooks!
