The only qualm I have is more to do on my end. The house I purchased has a custom cabinet build which limits the size of the refrigerator I can use as the cabinetry is boxed around the opening for the fridge. With that being said, the max sized fridge I can purchase is available through the store but only online. Evidently it’s not a popular size so it doesn’t make sense for the retailer to keep in stock on the off chance it sells. Essentially we had to order our product blindly with basing it off similar models in the same brand and line just with different dimensions. Needless to say, we are thrilled with our purchase. We researched the model and found Famous Tate to have the best deal available which included haul away and installation. Once our oven and dishwasher take a dump we will definitely be visiting this location for replacement appliances.

We purchased all our kitchen appliances at Famous Tate. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience as far as customer service was concerned. We’ve had several problems with a) wall oven, b) fridge, and c) hood. Their customer service was not satisfying at all. The used to just give out a number to call to report and left us alone in trying to get things taken care of under the warranty. Only when we strongly insisted they were willing to help us. After they had sold us the products we were no longer treated as valued customer. At the end two out of three issues were resolved. That is why I am willing to give them 2 instead of 1 star. But over all it was a very disappointing experience. I would not purchase there again.

I work for a construction company, and we use Famous Tates appliance services weekly, sometimes even daily. Tony U, and his helper Felix always go above and beyond to meet our expectations, and usually even exceed them! They always have what we need in stock and are able to rush anything they don’t. As a personal consumer, I’ve bought mattresses from this FT before and I feel like there are no high pressure tactics and the staff is very honest. I feel like I’m getting the best price when I come in. I highly recommend this Famous Tate for all your appliance and bedding needs!

Our salesman, Gary Brown is awesome! He answered all our questions. The delivery was on time and professional! A plus was knowing our old appliance would be recycled and funds from that go to charity! Next time we need appliances or bedding, we WILL be going back to Famous Tate.
