I ordered custom T-​Shirts (sight unseen) for a Harry Potter themed bridal shower. Big Frog of Oldsmar designed a custom logo, emailed me the proof, and they looked fantastic. I ordered the Raglan style shirts from them. When I went in to pick up, I did realize that the shirts ran smaller than I had imagined. The person helping me could tell I was worried that the shirts were too small, and they offered several solutions to make sure I left happy. I wound up running across the street to Wal-​Mart, picked up a style of shirt that ran larger, and they reprinted them on the spot for me. I was in and out within the hour and left very happy with the reprinted shirts.

I’ve had two great experiences with this location. Both times, all I brought was a start to an idea and they just ran with it and it turned out perfect! Very creative and quick turn around. Called at 9am and picked it up at 1pm. Couldn’t be happier

Excellent customer service! They worked patiently with me to get the designs exactly how I wanted! They special ordered colors I needed and ordered a shirt overnight without an extra charge!

OMG!!! I love the results we got on our family Aruba trip t-​shirts. Erica is so creative and knew how to get the right message across! Everyone in the family is so different — yet everyone LOVES the shirts!!! I was a hero! I would recommend Erica to help you design the perfect shirt and I have to add that you should consider her suggestions. Especially if you’re like me and not to creative.

If there was a way to give negative stars, that’s what I would give this place of business. My experience was absolutely HORRIBLE and I can’t beg you enough to go anywhere but this store!!! I entered this business on a Tuesday with my own $ 30.00 shirt and asked if it was possible to have a 3 initials ironed on to the shirt pocket. My original sales person was «scary rude» in her responses back to me but then an agreement was reached that I would pick up the completed shirt on Thursday (what about that 24 hour turn around?) Within 1 ½ hours of me dropping off the shirt I received a phone call saying that in whatever process they used, my shirt was ruined and could I bring in a new shirt for them to redo? (I had only gone to 4 Targets in the rain to find this shirt,) but stupidly I agreed to bring in another shirt because it was needed for a bridal gift. The manager did call me at this time saying that his store could order the shirt and that my order should be ready by Friday at 1:00 pm. He also promised me that he would oversee this project in order to make sure that a second shirt would not get ruined. Even though the wedding was on Saturday, it was explained to me at this point that if they order the shirt and ruin it, I am not responsible for paying for it like the original shirt I had brought in. Four day later, on Friday at noon as I was pulling out of my driveway in my car to go pick up the shirt, I received a phone call from the manager saying that the UPS delivery had not come in that day so that they had not yet started the work on it. I was told several times not to worry, they were going to make good on their promise to get the shirt done by that afternoon. Imagine my HORROR when just 20 minutes later I received a second phone call saying that the UPS delivery had arrived and the shirt this store had ordered had stains on it. STAINS ON IT-​!!! As I was hyperventilating into the phone, the manager explained that they could order a new shirt and that it could be ready by the middle of the following week, (even though it was explained several times to them that I needed the shirt by the next day for a wedding.) Needless to say, I am out the $ 30.00 that I spent for the original shirt which this store ruined, and I had no shirt to take to the wedding the next day. There is one positive note to this story… I found the perfect place to bring your worst enemy to!!! These people were SCARY INCOMPOTENT!!!

May I add that I did speak to the manager who said, there was nothing he could do about the price and it was basically unfortunate that I was «misinformed». Even though I had the prices written on a paper from the day before by his employee.
Good thing it didn’t work out. The ONE shirt I did buy didn’t make it past the first wear. When I was at the race event, I leaned back onto the chair and when I leaned forward, half the logo peeled off. The quality didn’t even make it to the wash. Thank goodness I only lost out on $ 30. It was a blessing the service didn’t warrant me placing a huge order.

Danielle, one of the graphic designers/​customer service reps at Big Frog in Oldsmar created a great «Hot for Slots» shirt for my mother and aunt. She designed it in minutes, printed it and it became my mom’s favorite shirt to wear to the Hard Rock in Tampa.
Very fast service and great quality products. One of a kind.
