Dr. Semegran graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY at Albany and received her Doctor of Optometry in 1984 from the prestigious New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. Listed in the 1994 and 1997 Who? s Who Among Outstanding Americans, Dr. Semegran is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Optometric Association, the New Jersey Optometric Association, and the Bergen-​Passaic Optometric Society. She is on the board of directors of OMNI Eye Services in Rochelle Park, New Jersey. Our staff is specially trained and licensed to provide the most comprehensive eye health care possible. We can detect eye conditions and diseases such as cataracts, hypertension, glaucoma, and diabetes. Our complete eye exams include pupil dilation, to detect any retinal problems. We will comanage eye surgery and utilize therapeutic prescription medicines, antibiotics, and pain medications when necessary.
