Meet the Business Owner
Heather E.
Business Owner
In April of 2013, thirty six years after opening its doors, the Cuckoo’s Nest was turned over to new owners, Heather Emanuelson and Edmilson Souza. Heather has been employed at the Cuckoo’s Nest for 15 years. Entering as a waitress in 1998, Heather has held the positions of bartender, hostess, and manager. Edmilson came to work at the Cuckoo’s Nest in October of 1994. Starting as a dishwasher, Eddie worked his way through the ranks of the kitchen eventually becoming Executive Chef. With Heather in the front of the house and Edmilson in the kitchen, new life is being brought into the historical building.
