Always able to find someone to help me. Friendly staff. Like their Friends of the Family program. Earn points that are worth cash. Sadly they don’t have every thing you need there. The nursery is amazing but if they have a sale best to get there first day or they will sell out.

Sutherlands always seems to have some good specials. Without them, they are priced higher than Lowes or Home Depot so I guess it is a marketing tactic that works.
That being said, they do specialize in certain tools and parts that the mainstream stores may not have, usually for older appliances. The service here is good and they know how to treat a customer. The only challenging part is getting in and out of the place since it kinda sits behind an old bank and it is on a very busy intersection. It’s not that big of a deal though. Great place for when you are in a pinch.
