Called and was greeted professionally and courteously, ETA for oil change — 25 minutes. $ 30 and 25 minutes later? Driving away happy. Some places give you the «I know more than you so just let me finish» attitude but not the case here. Thanks guys for knowing your stuff while still being nice about it!

Very good customer service but they can be a tad bit pushy in regards to sales. Overall quick and quality service. Will come back next time around.

Jiffy jiffy jiffy… I was wanting an oil change and I was thinking that being the early bird time I would get a great price. Nope! Granted you did all the things that Suzanne B. posted in her review but was it worth that price. Does niceness mean a nearly $ 20 upcharge? I suppose I have been to privileged by getting them for free. The day before I got new tires and looked at the their board for a oil change at $ 39. To think I thought that was too high. Sorry Jiffy, you’ve lost all my sales. There will be no shames on me.

The moment I pull up. Andrea greets me, opens the door for me and says let me show u were the lobby is… i get there sit in waiting room with me and my daughter for 5 minutes. this guy Thomas calls me in to read to me the costs of everything.upsell. u know the usual…
He pulls up my account and says, looks like u have this type of oil since u last got your oil change… didn’t push me on the filters, just felt like he kinda educated me on it… suggested that i get tires replaced and even offered a free tire rotation (i am sure that’s normal but im just saying it was cool) so then he tallys everything up… instead of the usual price upsell and hassels. he just tells me my total is $ 54…they finished my car in 20 minutes, they were so nice! Andrea opened my door for me and my daughter… everyone waived goodbye and thanked me… i felt like i was on a damn commercial. it was TOP A+ service, never had an experience like that at any Jiffy Lube… bravo!
