The UPS Store

UPS is a lo better than FedEx. The service is so personable. The manager did not charge me since I was only making one page copy of my driver’s license.

I needed to return a few things a couple of days after Christmas, and even though I’m in the neighborhood, I realized I’ve never reviewed this little store.
Every time I’ve been here, the service has been fast and friendly. And UPS is often a faster and less expensive way to send packages, so that’s a win-​win. This last time when I was in, a second young man came out from the back once he realized I was in line. He apologized for my wait, though it had probably only been a few moments.
The only weird thing (and this is a small thing, for sure, but it could possibly cause a problem. I was shipping something (a Rent the Runway dress) that had to be to UPS by noon. In typical fashion, I was running late getting all my errands run, but my phone said 11:48 when I left the store. I looked at my receipt, and it said 12:03. So, not a big deal, unless the dress had gotten to them late and they had tried to charge me, the receipt would have shown I was late getting it in. I estimate the clocks were off by about 15 minutes, and not in the customer’s favor.
Overall, wonderful service and I’ll be back a lot.

I went in on Monday to mail a box of goodies and shtuff to the kiddos vacation in AZ for the summer. The young man behind the counter was so nice. He answered all of my questions and even wrapped up a couple of my items in bubble wrap for free. (my favorite price) He gave me several options for shipping the box. I asked a couple questions about business cards and other printing services they offered — for future information. He was super easy going about answering all my questions.
Well I had to return to the UPS store because I lost my tracking number. I felt so irresponsible, but hoped they could help me. Yep! Super nice about it and let me know that my pkg was right on time. He even re-​wrote the tracking number for me. I’m a fan!
