Eco-Friendly Packing & Shipping Specialists
History
Established in 2000.
In March 2012, when Josh Campbell bought the Mail Station at 9300 N May, the self-described «eco-friendly freak» converted all the packaging and mailing products to green materials. Three months later, he opened a second location, the Mail Station Green, inside 50 Penn Place.
Both stores use biodegradable foam peanuts and cushioning for packing and shipping and sell boxes made from at least 90 percent post-consumer waste.
The independent store can ship via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, DHL and Loan Star Overnight and customers have the ability to compare prices at one location. They also offer faxing and copying services.
«Our customers love that we’re eco-friendly, and they love there’s no line like the post office,» Campbell said.
At the Mail Station Green, the store basically serves the tenants of 50 Penn Place. But both stores also attract like-minded, eco-friendly customers from as far as Moore and Norman, he said.
