When I opened Sugar and Shears in Oklahoma City, I did so with the intention of specializing in four things, and four things only: Body Sugaring, Microdermabrasion, Photo facials and Airbrush tanning. I absolutely love what I do and have been offering these services in Oklahoma City for my entire esthetic career and now Dallas TX.

What attracted me to sugaring/​microdermabrasion/​airbrush tanning specifically is that I can give my clients the immediate results they are looking for, plus lots of other remarkable benefits that other forms of hair removal/​skin rejuvenation just can’t match. I truly believe that once you experience the benefits, you won’t go back.

People often ask why I don’t offer facials, makeup application, or any other esthetic services, and my answer is quite simple: I believe if you make just a few specific skills your focus, you will become an expert at them.
