I had a great experience today. I was seen quickly. They are very clean, and have a great selection of gels. My nail technician was really sweet and thorough. I will definitely be back.

Very clean and easy to communicate. A little overpriced but good quality service. I do recommend them on a regular basis.

Finally!!! A nail shop I can call MY nail shop! It’s amazing how hard it’s been to find one. I enjoy the whole experience at The Polished Nail.
The staff is friendly, funny and fast! They don’t pressure you into services you don’t want and their work itself is durable and lovely.
I love the selection of services and how easy it is to communicate what you want and find examples too. They are prepared for current trends and make you feel valued when you arrive. This is also the ONLY nail salon I’ve ever been too that has examples of nail art (Pinterest style) for you to choose from. So easy!

Polished is the only nail salon I will go to. It is incredibly stylish, and you really feel like you’re getting pampered there. Their cleanliness standards are the highest around, they use fresh files and buffers for each client. They have lots of cool features, like their private VIP room, or they also do pedi parties where if you book 5 pedicures, you get the sixth for free. They offer you water, soda, or wine when you walk in. Pedicures start at $ 28 and go up with their more luxurious (and wonderful!) options, and a gel mani is $ 35. Their quality is the absolute highest, I go in every 2 – 3 weeks and my manicure never chips between appointments. Customer service is incredible. Everyone is so friendly! I go to Nicki almost every time (and she is absolutely fabulous) but I’ve been taken care of by others and my fiancé frequently comes with me and we both think that the whole staff is great. Couldn’t recommend Polished enough!

This place has always treated me well. They cater to their customers. They take reservations and walk-​ins easily. They will offer you a drink when you sit down they will talk over what you want done and they have many selections and nail polish colors and types. They are very clean and sterilize everything and use single use nail files. The atmosphere is beautiful they also offer waxes facials and promotional deals. I will continue to come back here anytime I need a good manicure, pedicure, or for a nail fill.

Gel polish selection is astounding. Manicure has lasted two weeks and looks like it may make it to 3. Cost was $ 40 which is on the high side, but if I only have to have them done every three weeks I think I will be able to maintain it!
Will definitely be back.

This place is a clean and friendly environment with lots of staff. I regularly get gel manicures and can be in an out in 45 minutes with a long hand and arm massage plus sugar scrub. They are great about getting the shape of your nail just right without it being lopsided; I love a rounded or oval shape. Many places try to do the squoval shape and I absolutely hate it when they start shaping my nail without asking. At Polished, they always ask if I’d like to keep my rounded shape and the length. Tom is definitely one of my favorites and if I think to call in for an appointment I always ask for him. The other nice thing to add to this location is it is right next to McAlisters Deli. On busy days you can sign in and go get a drink down the sidewalk and be in about the right time for your turn.

I had an amazing experience here. My gel manicure came out even better than expected. I came in with a picture of my dress and an idea, and it turned out perfect! Well worth the Price, I will definitely be back!

Great service and nail care, they’re friendly and can actually do the designs you want. I’m going back.

I had my first ever facial today. It was amazing. It was so relaxing and clean. The lady who did my facial explained everything to me. She even gave me samples. It was quiet and peaceful in the room. I would love to give this place a million stars.

I have always been very pleased with the service here in the past, however i just walked in to get my usual gel manicure, and was turned away due to a 8 person party. They said they weren’t taking walk ins. Which usually isn’t a problem, but the girl didn’t offer to see if I wanted to wait, she didn’t offer to set me up with an appointment, she just said «you’ll have to come back later». Which I found to be very rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

This salon is so fancy. They have a huge wall of nail polishes and gel polishes. And a fatty chandelier in the middle of everything. It’s nice that they have 2 receptionists at the front desk to check you in. I came in for a full set and had a particular design in mind. I showed it to them and they said they could do it without issue. It was awesome. Most places are afraid to try something new. I got one of the best manicures of my life. She did SO good! Not to mention it was a great deal! I love this place. My new favorite nail salon. I probably won’t even try other places.

Disappointing gel manicure. Tried to discuss with manicurist but kept getting told it’s ok… no it’s not. Traveled across the city because of the reviews but won’t be back!

I love it when Unilocalers point me in the right direction. I noticed that Polished often came up on my feed with glowing reviews and, after several attempts at other nail shops, I decided to give them a try. I am smitten!
They are a good 25 minute drive from my house but are totally worth the drive. I love that they have a dedicated receptionist so that the nail techs can focus on their job instead of answering the phone, making appointments, taking payment, etc. They accept walk-​ins but I highly suggest making an appointment before you go because the wait can get pretty long without one. Even calling ahead before heading up there is worth the trouble.
The atmosphere at Polished is one of the things that keeps me coming back. It is adorned with chic chandeliers and Tiffany colored walls. It is so bright and cheery in there! I am always offered water, and sometimes wine, to drink. Everything they do at Polished has an extra touch, like the salt scrub at the end of a gel manicure. I also don’t feel like I am constantly getting up-​charged or persuaded to get additional services. At a recent visit to another nail shop I got asked 6 times (6 times!!!) if I would like to upgrade to a gel manicure instead of just a polish change. You won’t get that kind of pressure treatment at Polished.
The prices at Polished are on the higher end in comparison to other similar shops, but they are competitive and worth the few extra dollars. As for services, I personally love their chic manicure ($ 18) and pedicure ($ 36), which both include some extra pampering that their less expensive combos don’t include. I usually get a gel manicure though ($ 35) and they are by far my favorite place to get gel nails in the metro. Previously the gel always peeled off my fingers and I had given up on wearing it. But after some consultation the girls at Polished made some adjustments for me and now my gel nails last 2 – 3 weeks!
I will also say that I think Polished excels in their nail art. I have gotten everything from polka-​dots and Mickey Mouse ears for a trip to Disney world to hand painted leopard print on my toes. I am always impressed by their art work and it really is reasonable at just a few bucks more.
All in all, after many visits, Polished gets a solid five-​stars from me.

I just relocated to OK and tried the salon as recommended by a new co-​worker as well as seeing all of the reviews posted here. The place was really nice, loved the décor, and service. BUT I paid for Gel nails and the very next day both my index fingers where chipped already! I have done Gel/​Shellac before and this has NEVER happened to me. Needless to say, I am not going back, sorry!

I am a long-​time fan of Polished in Yukon, so I was elated when they opened the Memorial location so that I can easily meet my mom and sister for some pampering when they can’t make it out west. I love that this one is large and open with the same style as the original. The biggest draw for me is the private room with 4 pedicure chairs. My family and I came here before my sister’s wedding and they spoiled us in there mini cupcakes, champagne and even did our manis in the pedicure chair! Apparently this can always be done if you ask for it in advance, and it was just the perfect thing for us that day so that we could continue visiting without leaving the room.
The owner and staff are always polite and it is always spotless in there. They also do events from time to time, including their holiday open house where they offer discounted services and buy one/​get one half off gift certificates. I know that nail salons are a dime a dozen in the metro area, but I think that Polished has it down to perfection and I can’t imagine getting my fingers and toes polished anywhere else!

Polished created my dream salon. I don’t remember them asking my opinion on amazing crystal chandeliers, or their beautiful blue walls. Sweet and polite workers. A massive selection of services and colors. But somehow they knew exactly what I wanted in a nail salon.
I was here for Unilocal’s CMYE and from the moment I stepped in the door I felt taken care of and welcome. Samantha and her staff were very attentive when I was setting up Unilocal’s swag table. Offering me drinks and just being friendly!
Polished is one of the nicer nail salons I’ve received services at, but it was not overpriced like you see at most upper end nail salons. I got a gel manicure done and was very impressed with the quality and the quickness of my technician. My nails are absolutely flawless and I loved the overall experience!
I’ve found a new favorite place to get my nails done, and can’t wait to go back!

I think this salon is absolutely beautiful and gets everything just right from start to finish. We hosted an event there yesterday: we got 20% off and they provided some snacks, but this place would be 5 star for me on any day of the week, and at full price, which is still very affordable compared to similar places. And everyone is so incredibly nice, you just feel good being there.
First of all, there’s a receptionist/​check-​in person, in our case Nicki. I’ve always complained about places that do not have someone manning the ship (see also, almost every other review I’ve written about nail salons). This person handles all check-​ins, payments, phones, and handles any questions or issues that come up. It also means the technicians probably get and extra mani or two in per day with all the time it saves. It helps that Nicki was friendly and good at her job.
The salon itself is beautiful — even more open and well-​thought out than the lovely Yukon location. Attention to detail is everywhere, from the glittery floor to the sparkly chandeliers. Two facial rooms, nice ladies restrooms featuring multiple stalls, fantastic pedi chairs make it feel like a spa (but one you can afford). There is also a private room with four pedi chairs you can reserve for a VIP experience.
The technicians are all polite, helpful and very well trained. Vinny did my nails and he was fast and friendly, the perfect combo. The owner and her brother were on site, so I got to talk to them some about their business model: providing the perfect combination of the speedy, affordable service you get from express nail shops with the quiet, relaxing, luxe experience you can usually only expect from a pricey joint.
In short, I’m sold! I especially recommend this for a bridal party, birthday mani-​pedi with the girls, or anytime you want to truly enjoy a relaxing spa-​style experience.

This was the first time I’ve ever done any sort of pampering in my life. I went to it for a Unilocal event and was very nervous. I was apologizing to the woman that did my nails and eyebrows very often! I just felt so awkward about it, but Nancy set me up with some nice full acrylics with gel and polish (purple, of course).
After my nails she waxed my eyebrows. I winced and made a soft «Oh!» here and there, and she apologized. Not that it was her fault or anything. I said to her, «It’s okay, I asked for this.», and she responded, «You need it.» I think! That’s what I heard at least, but I couldn’t be mad, because it was true…
At this Unilocal event, all services were 20% off. I paid for my full set, eyebrow wax, and my sister’s pedicure for a total of $ 64.
The normal price would have been $ 80.
