This location used to have consistently good food but after my experience today I will be hard pressed to go there again. I got the angus philly and the meat was so tough that I couldn’t eat it. The meat also had the appearance of being microwaved. When I opened the box the sandwich was upside down and the bread was already soggy. Their prices are not cheap and I had to throw my sandwich away since I was already back at work and off of my break. I have given them the benefit of the doubt several times recently as this is not the first time that I have gotten food from them that wasn’t up to their normally good standards. Even though I work close I am going to try not to go there again.

I’m sticking with four stars here because every other time for the last two years that I have eaten at this Arby’s location it’s been great. Unfortunately today was a different experience. I got two French dip sandwiches and the mint shake. The shake took almost 5 min to make and was completely melted when they handed it to me. I didn’t order mint flavored milk and that’s what I got. The French dip sandwich is my favorite thing on the Arby’s menu. I order it from every Arby’s and it’s better than many French dips that I’ve had in fancy restaurants. Today though I received old dried out bread topped with dried out meat. I dipped it but even that couldn’t rehydrate the jerky consistency of the meat on the sandwiches. This was probably just a bad day and I will be back and order the sandwich again. The fries were incredible per usual.
