History

Established in 2013.

Located inside the Admiral’s Inn, I offer massage and bodywork services to guests of the hotel and the community at large. Being open year-​round in a small community allows me to reach a diverse group of people, from those seeking to enhance their vacation with a relaxing bodywork treatment, to those who use massage as a regular part of their wellness routine.

I’ve been a practicing massage therapist since 2005. In that time, I’ve worked hard to fine-​tune my skills and build a repertoire of services that help nourish and heal the body and spirit. Each client on my table receives a service that targets their own individual needs, and you play an active role in your own path to wellness. My belief in the self-​healing powers of the body have led me to pursue certifications in Craniosacral Therapy, reiki, and become an herbalist, in order to target whole body health and wellbeing. What you receive in a bodywork session results in relaxation, relief from pain, rehabilitation from injury, and rejuvenation of the mind and spirit. Inner balance is the goal of every massage, and it is my goal that you take this inner balance with you when you walk out the door.
