Bed Bath & Beyond

Is it just me or do BB&B stores smell SO good?!
This location has a nice selection of home products, but I usually only come in when I have a coupon. I was able to get a nice deal on my Dyson Animal vacuum cleaner in comparison to other stores that carry this item. I compared this product with Amazon, Macy’s, Kohl’s and Sam’s Club… in the end, BBB had the best value!

Bed Bath And beyond is amazing. They have everything you could need for your home, including everything you didn’t know you needed. Seriously — I went there for storage containers and a lightbulb and walked out with that plus ice cube trays, a lamp, wooden coat hangers, and lavender scented linen spray. …
So why the three stars? I found this particular store to be disorganized and cluttered. Aisles seemed ready to explode as overstuffed with product — kinda like a ROSS or TJ maxx vibe (no shade to Ross or TJ maxx bc I love me those stores, too — when I’m in the mood. The patient mood.) Somewhat overwhelming when it’s too busy. Additionally, I had to seek out workers three times, versus them coming and asking if I needed anything or being available in different sections. Overall, I still love this shop.

My BF and I went in to get a comforter for our guest room since we were having company the following weekend. We found some great comforters on sale but couldn’t find a Queen size in the pattern we wanted. We asked the customer service and the store that they found that had one was just too far away. Well then an employee named Heather came up and noticed that the computer said this store had one. Well off she went to hunt down our comforter. Well about 20min to ½ go by and we’re done and ready to leave. I really thought she had blown us off when here comes Heather practically running with our Queen comforter in her arms. She was worried we had left. I was so excited we were able to get the one we wanted and the customer service was incredible. Every time I go into that store they are so polite and friendly. I love it there.

First I would like to say that I love the selection at Bed Bath & Beyond, but I’m rather disturbed that they moved from the Bowie Town Center in Gorgeous Prince George’s County and decided to relocate in the Waugh Chapel Town Center in Crofton, Anne Arundel County. Yes, it’s a bigger building, but BBB had to be making money hand over fist in the Bowie Town Center because every time I went, it was packed. If they required more space, they could’ve expanded it like the new owners, LA Fitness is doing now. I’m just tired of all of the businesses opting to move out of Prince George’s County, therefore, taking our money with them. Hence the deduction in stars for my rating.
Now that I’m off my soap box, let’s get down to my review. The staff here is very friendly and attentive. Everything is organized perfectly and has signs everywhere to steer you down the perfect aisle for your needs. This place has everything you could imagine for your house, yard, garage and beyond! If you walk around long enough, you’ll find things you need, but never knew that you needed. Case and point, I have the tendency to turn my iron on too high and usually melt a garment or two on the iron plate. (I know, I’m so wrong for doing that, but I like my iron like I like my men… HOT! LOL) Getting back on track, I found an awesome iron cleaner for $ 4. WINNING! This place literally thinks of everything! Curtains, decorative pictures, garbage disposal fresheners, coffee makers, REDSKINS paraphernalia (GO SKINS!), tablecloths… you name it, they have it!
Two things that bother me about all Bed Bath & Beyond’s that I’ve ever been to is the aisle space and their coupons. WIDEN THE AISLES!!! I have to maneuver around with my cart like I’m on the expressway. It’s never enough space to fit a person with a cart and another individual on the aisles. The coupons that are needed to shop here are rather unnecessary. Come on BBB, instead of requiring people to bring in a boat load of 20% coupons for each item they purchase, how about you just take off 20% automatically. Seems to make more sense to me. So for those that haven’t signed up to receive their 20% off coupons from BBB, do so now. It will save you a bundle!
P. S. Come back to Prince George’s County, this is one of the most financially stable counties in Maryland. Besides, I would prefer to spend my money where I LIVE!

Still a great location with great customer service and selection. Make sure you bring that 20% off coupon mailer with you though! I kick myself every time when I go and forget it. The good thing is that you can come back in with your receipt and coupon later and get the discount back if you forget.

I love that this location is right next to a target it makes it very convenient. I gone here quite a bit and I’ve always been pleased. My complaint would be that the space in the store feel so crammed! They give you a cart which of course you need, I mean it’s BB and B!!! But there’s no room for these carts… I was hitting things left and right or always in someone’s way. It made for an awkward experience, between all the sorries and excuse me’s.
But I would defiantly still return just maybe during the off times where there’s less people to run over.

Everything was going great! Four times I was approached by sales associates and asked if I needed help finding anything. Then I got to to Customer Service desk to check out. I was called over with no eye contact, no smile, no greeting, absolutely no engagement of any kind. And it was A Customer Service Associate! Please retrain!

This is a very nice place to shop they always have a great sale, and everything I need for the house. Perfectly positioned between Target and Carter’s Babies & Kids just how I like it. Thanks Bed Bath and Beyond!

Who doesn’t love Bed, Bath & Beyond?
I always like the question they ask you at the cashier, «Did you find everything you’re looking for». My stock answer is, «Yes, but I mostly found things I wasn’t looking for».
I was mad when they closed the store in Bowie and moved it here. Well, cause I live in Bowie. Still upset with it. But, nothing I can do to change that, so I need to deal with it.
The store is bigger. Selection still seems to be same as any of their other chain stores. Parking is abundant and free. I guess I’ll come back here or go to the Annapolis store when I need a Bed, Bath & Beyond item.

Very nice place to shop. I love the different variety of products they offer. A lot of their products you cannot find and target, walmart, etc. Always clean and well stocked, I found a lot of cool items here!
