I do not frequent jewelry repair stores at all so I did a web search for the Ocoee, FL area and gave T Arthurs Jewelry a try.
My simple wedding band was caught on a nut as I was jumping off a boat ladder. Luckily. I did not lose my finger as it escaped with a minor laceration and swelling but I did manage to mangle the ring with bends at the decorative portion, creating a misshapen oblong stretch.
I met Tom and he said he could have back to me in a matter of hours. The price seemed reasonable but don’t really know as I did not price shop. I liked Tom’s positive attitude, service commitment and the resulting repair was showroom new. He offered to re-​size the ring if the swelling in my finger turns out to be permanent.
Pleasant experience overall. I’ll be back if another jewelry service opportunity arises.
