It was definitely not a great experience. I received a pedicure and manicure. The technician was pleasant; however, she was rushing and smeared my toes and nails several times during the painting process. While I was receiving my manicure, she didn’t know how to shape my nails. I had to take the filer and so it myself. Also, I guess they do not use cuticle oil for manicures. She insisted that they only use that for other nail services (i.e., acrylic, gel). Cuticles were not done properly. She didn’t tell me to wash my hands after filing and buffing to remove the residue. Afterwards she applied the nail polish. My cuticles looked awful. I advise get to remove the nail polish since she kept on smearing my nails with her hands. They ended up charging me for a portion of the manicure, which I thought was poor service. What really surprised me was that they were aware this was my first time at their salon. They obviously did not care about keeping me as as a client. I honestly recommend Wilshire nails in Metrowest. You have to make an appointment but it’s well worth it. Their perfectionist when it comes to nail art and service.

Great experience!!! We came in with no appointment and they saw us right away. We got the message pedicure and powder gel manicure. My nails haven’t looked this good in a long time, I’m so pleased with how they came out. The nail tech who was helping me was very friendly and made the experience even nicer. I would recommend to a friend and will continue to go back there.

The staff at Creative Nails is second to none! They truly go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and pampered. I have definitely found my new mani/​pedi home!

As a new resident to the area, I wasn’t sure where to for a pedicure spa visit. I was not disappointed! The staff are very friendly and nice. I will keep them on my list of «best places to go «!

I walked in at 645. They said they were closed. But still had the open sign lit. So im wasting time in the area it’s is now 30’minutes later and it is still lit. If your closed you should turn off your light and who closes at 7 in the south and in a vacation town. Very disappointed in the walk in experience. They asked from the get go how can I help you. Well obviously I need something done.

Based on the reviews I had high hopes… sigh. My nails were cute with the exception of uneven acrylic. A couple of nails have hills and valleys. Sigh… won’t be getting them done here again.

The people here are fantastic and the main reason I return. You have to experience it for yourself. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I got a gel mani an pedi here for my 21^st birthday. The place was clean, tools sterilized and beauticians friendly. Sana took care of me while I was there. She really took her time, and her foot massage felt soooo good! Definitely recommend!

Great salon, they do not drill on your nails to apply gel manicure! And that made this girl very happy! In love with my nails! Great customer service!

LOVE this place. I have been getting my nails done by the owners for over 6 years now. I’m so happy they finally bought their own spa. I have driven over 45 min in the pas to come to them bc I don’t trust anyone else to do my manicures. I get stopped CONSTANTLY by people telling me they love my nails. (So much so I’ve started carrying around their business cards!) They are so creative and each manicure is a work of art. I’ve never had a bad experience. This place is awesome! Ask for Jeff or Julianna when you go. You will not be disappointed!

I recently moved to the area from out of State.
I decided to try this place as the salon itself is pretty nice inside and they had a lot of staff.
First new set of nails I got I was okay with but they were by far what I have had in the past. However, when I went back for their fill it was way worse! I made an appt, in advance and a different person worked on me this time and was not happy when I walked out. Very crooked, miss-​shaped nails and yes the pedicure was good but I will not go back considering my nails experience.

Looking for a nail saloon this is the place. I am so happy that Julianne and her husband now have their own business and not working for others. The place is decorated from top to botton with such beauty. Warm colors on the wall, beautiful, relaxing and the best equipment you can find. I have been going to Julianne for years and she is the best. I sometimes travel and wish I could take her with me. She does a beautiful job on pink and white, gel etc. I also have my toes pamper and what a pleasure. Try Gel on your toes! You will love! Everyone always grabs my hand and ask who does your nails, I love the way the white is done. So don’t think twice lets give them a try you will not be disappointed.
