Went in to get my tire patched up since it had a nail in it. The place didn’t seem busy yet the guy at the front counter told me it would be about a two hour wait. I asked him how long the job would take and he said about 15 minutes. I asked him the price and he said it would be $ 25. I left there because that was not except the bull to wait over two hours for a 15 minute job. Moving onto the next place.

My family has been coming here for years. They are honest and their prices are comparable to anyplace else. For the honesty part — I’ll keep coming back.
Just got new tires and new brakes on a new (to me) car. They told me a few other things that need to be done but they didn’t use scare tactics. They just told me — this needs to be done soon for the life of your car — not life and death to you.
Hard to find honesty like that in the car maintenance field.

Not a very organized facility. They tell you can get right in, and then you sit and wait for hours to get tires. You would think as a tire store they would be a little more efficient. Not the first time for this store with me. Final left got tired of waiting.

We are over 2000 miles from home, and we’re sooo HAPPY to have found this place!!! They fixed our flat tire, quickly. They have nitrogen YAY! The price was perfect! Awesome customer service incredibly friendly, helpful, and we can’t stop talking about our wonderful experience!!! Thank you!!!

Got a nail in my tire on a Sunday, no one could get us in. Gator tire didn’t just get us in but gave us a great discount on the tire patch! Super friendly staff and we were in and out quickly!

Dropped a tire off to be repaired. They called me and told me it was ready to go, yet when I showed up they told me it wasn’t repairable. So I asked about getting it replaced — and the guy looked surprised by that. They found one and then asked if I wanted to wait for it. Why the couldn’t tell me the cost to replace it and then have it ready when I came by is beyond me…

The service was decent, however, the oil change coupons are misleading. After all of the additional fees, I paid an extra $ 6. I ended up paying more than the advertised price. If you decide to visit, ask for Tony. He’s very helpful.

In April 2010 after shopping around I found them to have the best price (and a coupon!) for the tires I wanted. Installed without trouble with what I thought was a quick turnaround.
Fast forward to August 2011, had to come back about the tires because the place i got my oil changed at informed me that 2 of the 4 tires were already bald. Once I got there they went over the warranty with me and then checked out my car. They were prompt and thorough in their explanation that I didn’t need new tires, in fact all 4 were worn evenly. I appreciated that they didn’t just go with what I presented as the original issue and try to sell me something I didn’t need.
I only needed a 4 wheel alignment which they discounted for me and assured me that I could return up to a year for an alignment adjustment, as that was included.
Hopefully I won’t have to do that, as they are not close to my house. But it’s nice to know someone is telling it to me straight!

I went in there for an oil change because it was close to my house and I had a coupon. I went in first thing int he morning and told the guy that I would like it done as soon as possible because I was going out of town that day as soon as they were done with my car. I also asked them to call me when they were finished with it, since I was dropping it off. They quoted me an hour and after I didn’t receive a call after 2 hrs, I called them and they told me it had been sitting there ready (they just never called me like they said they would). Then I go in there and they haven’t even deducted my coupon. So I had to wait longer for them to correct it. On top of all of these errors, the guy had NO customer service skills. No apologies, nothing.

They were so busy when I got there this morning, yet they still took the time to find out what my needs were. As soon as they were done with their inspection they called me and talked me through my options. They searched for less expensive alternatives and took the time to explain why they were recommending the repairs they did. I’m not car savvy… but I’m a smart guy who can understand when you explain things to me. Today they earned me as a loyal customer.
