V.N.T. offers a full range of services for your hard surface and carpet cleaning needs. Established in 2013.

We are family owned and operated. Licensed and fully insured. We take exceptional pride in all of our work. Which means that there is no hourly and percentage of up-​sale technicians servicing you. Rather a knowledgeable, trained and experienced owner/​operator with years of experience as a field technician and a Service Manager with another established company.

Business Owner

I (Winston) have years of experience in this industry. I have been a field tech with two previous companies and recently a Service Manager with another established carpet/​hard surface cleaning company for the last two years, but for a couple of different reasons decided that it was time to start my own company.

I am the son of a retired Sgt. Maj. U.S.M.C. and his devoted wife of over 40 years, a proud father who sincerely believes that the greatest thing a parent can do for their child is give them an abundance of opportunities in life and the support needed to help take advantage of them.

A conversation between two older guys I once over heard that changed my disposition on life:

I had an appointment today at 3pm. I moved everything out of my kitchen and bathroom, and left early from work to be home on time. I called twice and left messages. He finally called and showed up 3 hours late. His time management may need some improvement, but he did a good job and is very knowledgeable.

I had an appointment, which I was counting on, and VNT cancelled less than an hour before my appointment with the promise of rescheduling. Furthermore, they never returned my multiple phone messages asking to reschedule.

Requested a move-​in cleaning of the carpets in a 4BR house right after we went under contract, so about 30 days in advance, but was never sure right up until the end that we’d really have the house with the carpets to clean! Things didn’t go quite as planned on the date of transfer, but Winston worked with us very late the night before and then came late in the evening to clean the carpets the next day, working around the people that hadn’t quite moved out yet. Very professional, friendly, affordable, and best of all: flexible with the schedule to help us get this done with really tight constraints! Responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner, and showed up right on time for the appointment. The carpets look almost brand new, too! Can’t wait to actually walk on them tomorrow after they dry… and can’t wait to have Winston back out for the tile and future service.

Winston was very professional, and while he hit some traffic coming from his prior appointment, he called and let me know and it wasn’t an issue. He worked quickly, but just a heads up, you gotta move your furniture ahead of time and leave it off the carpet till it dries. I guess that keeps the cost down… Nice guy, runs his own business.

DISORGANIZED & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Winston didn’t show up at the scheduled time, and when I called him two hours later, he went on and on about how it was my mistake. He’s full of excuses about why the screw-​ups aren’t his fault, but just check the reviews and you’ll see a consistent pattern of unavailability and no-​shows.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN, Winston. I purchased his carpet cleaning service through Groupon.
After many attempts to call him, then having to call groupon, he called me back. He did not show up at scheduled time & told me I had the time all wrong. He did show up three hours later and blah blah, his state of the art equipment did not fit the water supply. We rescheduled so he could get the proper fitting. Tried numerous times to call to confirm; always voice mail, left four messages. The morning of the appointment, he finally answered and said I had time/​date wrong. After reminding him of our conversation, he said he could come in three hours; I agreed. He did not show up, call or answer his phone. Groupon gladly refunded my money but I would rather have had my carpets cleaned. Worst customer service I have ever had and I am NOT a chronic complainer.

The tiles look incredible and the carpet smell fresh and looks and feels clean! Very professional! Winston had followed up with a call a couple days later. Prompt and quick! Got the Groupon so I could have my carpets cleaned before the baby gets here. I added having the stairs done which costs $ 2 per step. Carpets look great! I did notice I still have a stain that I was hoping would have come out but i’m not sure if there was anything more that would have taken care of that.

Winston was very nice. We originally just wanted to do our carpets and decided to do our tile the last minute. He gave us an unbelievable price and I wish I had a before picture to show the incredible difference! All spots were gone from our carpet from our three year old. Will use him again for sure!

Winston did an amazing job! We had him do the home we were moving into as well as the rental we were moving out of. I have 5 kids and they are not easy on the carpets so I was shocked to see some of the stains I couldn’t get out completely gone. His prices are incredible for the professional job that he does. We will continue to use him any refer him to all our friends and family. I wish I would have taken some before and after pictures!

I’m a very calm & patient person, but come on when you call & re-​schedule three times right before the appointment time and then don’t bother on returning calls or showing up at all. «It’s three strikes your OUT! in my book»
Me and my family spent about 4 hours cleaning, prepping, moving furniture out of the way for Winston on 3 separate occasions but he never showed up =(
He finally texted back when I sent him a text (the number for his business is his cell number by the way) that I had hired another carpet cleaning service.
What’s sad is I was looking forward to hiring this guy every 6 months if I liked the job. I guess he lost a really good repeat customer. Where one business fails another one comes up I have a new reliable carpet cleaner that has my business for life and it’s not V.N.T

Read really good reviews. This Is based solely on not being able to get in touch with them. Called and left voicemail Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. I also emailed them. They emailed me telling me to call them. They called and left me a voicemail Wednesday telling me to call them back anytime. Called Thursday. Nothing. I’m sure they’re great once you’re able to get in touch with them. After a week of trying, I quit.

Had Winston out today to clean my tile and grout (both floor and kitchen counters. I was thrilled to see they look like new! Aside from great quality of his work, he has excellent customer service as well. Quick to follow up and get me an appointment, called when he said he would, was on time, was very honest, and had great pricing. He is the perfect example of why we should support small businesses! He even took the time to explain to me sealing and how it works (without trying to sell me anything). I told him about a new bathroom floor in our new place and he even gave me a suggestion on sealant we could buy and a tool to help us do it ourselves, instead of trying to convince me to pay 50 cents a sq foot like other places have tried to do. I appreciate his work and his ethics, and look forward to using him again and recommending him to people I know. Do yourself a favor and call him!

Our carpets dried fast too! I could tell how well they were cleaned too the first time I vacuumed, a lot less dust in the container.

I found VNT through Groupon. They were offering a special promotion that was so competitive, I had to make sure it was a legit company on Unilocal.I read all the reviews, which were all positive, except for one. The one thing that stood out was that each review received a reply from the owner, Winston. I was so impressed by that along w/​the positive reviews, my decision was made.
I called Winston & left him a message. He called me back the following day. He was very attentive, courteous & extremely professional. I scheduled the appointment. Two weeks later, he arrives at my door & is ready to get started. We did a walk through & I pointed out all the ugly spots on the carpet. At that point I was expecting an up sell «to remove those spots, it’ll cost you an additional fee» well there wasn’t. Phewww! That was really nice. Two hours later, he was done. We walked through every room to inspect his work & I was very impressed & satisfied.
I’m always looking for a deal but it’s always hard to find quality service at the same time. If I were to choose one over the other, it would be SERVICE, which is why I would be calling VNT in the future. Thank you Winston!

Winston did a great job steam cleaning our house carpet. He was on time, helpful, and professional. When asked about a hard spot/​stain, he took a couple more passes on it, and got it up completely, to my surprise. He responded to voicemail immediately for appt. The carpets were wet a little longer than expected (probably due to the carpet itself), but overall a great experience, and a great deal. My carpet looks a lot better, with a large spot in a high traffic area completely removed, which really made me happy.
He had an offer on Living Social that was better than others too, but I’d gladly pay what others are charging for less rooms/​square feet for carpet cleaning. He provides other floor cleaning and restoration services, and really seems to know his stuff and like his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him for tile or wood floor needs after briefly discussing his experience.
