After working in the towing and recovery industry for several years, In 1985 S&R Towing owners Steve Dugan and Rusty Russell decided to team up and start their own company. With their years of towing experience and their commitment to customer satisfaction, they built S&R Towing on the principle that a tow company can be ethical and profitable at the same time. They have a team of professionally trained operators that are committed to delivering superior towing services at a competitive price with every call.

Born and raised in Oceanside, Ca. Rusty has seen the growth of the area and has also grown with it. Married and with three boys,(future drivers) Jeremy is the oldest of the three sons. Since age 18 he has driven for S & R Towing while also going to college.
