I tend to visit this particular Subway restaurant because it’s close to where I live and go to school, but numerous employees at this location have been incredibly rude and unfriendly to me for no reason at all. Most of the time they’re too busy talking to each other in the back to want to give you the time of day to make your sub. I love Subway, but this location needs some serious help with customer service.

i went into this store for the«buy a sub and a 30 ounce soda/get a sub to give away» deal, and i arrived at 10 a.m. they normally have 6 different types of bread to choose from but they only had 9-grain wheat(which is my least favorite at subway but i was forced to get it because they told me «we’re busy today») that isn’t my fault whatsoever. . here’s my point: when you know you have an extremely busy day coming up, you best be making sure your store is very well-stocked for all incoming customers for that entire day of business. another thing i didn’t like is the employees unfriendly demeanor. no smiles, no «hi how are you?» no «thank you. have a good day.» nothing at all. they all acted like they hated their jobs. not good at all when working in customer service. it gives subway as a whole a bad image.

Good subs. Close to my house. If you’ve been to one subway you have pretty much been to them all. Only reason I choose subway is because of the flatbread. Good service. Crude décor. Typical sandwich shop. We all k I want we are in for when we come here.

Here we ago again. Why do I keep coming back here? What is the definition of insanity? Well this place doesn’t change. No flatbread for the 3rd time in the morning before 10:00AM. unbelievable totally mismanaged. Go somewhere else if you want a breakfast sandwich.

I’ve been here at least 3 – 4 different times. I told myself after the last time i would never come back to this one. the vegetables are always frozen, the service is very slow, you tell them repeatedly what you’d like and they still don’t remember it get it right. I had not been for a very long time and decided to see if months had fixed the problem. Only 3 people ahead of me and it took 30 minutes, the sandwich toppings were all frozen not to mention they were all mixed together with each other, I had to repeat to the gentleman over and over what sandwich even to the point where he says what cheese I say American and he grabs provolone. They seemed to have a manager there finally who was watching them and making notes, although he didn’t help them at all. I am telling you, If the health inspector came tomorrow they probably wouldn’t pass. The is the worst subway I have ever been to!

No bathrooms. No coffee for breakfast. Second time we’ve been there for breakfast before 11, both times there was no coffee made. Sandwiches were good.

I was less than impressed. I’m always trying to watch what I eat and I frequent Subways when I’m trying to eat clean. This Subway was dirty, disheveled, the veggies tasted old and wilted, and the staff was unprofessional and less than friendly. The bar where they make the sandwiches were gross. Very unappetizing. I won’t be going back. Too bad. Their location is so convenient for me.

so I purchase a $ 5 footlong but my total was almost $ 7. I asked about it & was told there is a charge for ‘heating up the sandwich”. WHAT?! I said, I’ve never been charged for toasting my sandwich, she said they’ve been doing it for a long time now. hmmmm… I don’t think this is right, I will never come back here again.

This location is not a usual subway restaurant, small and small again. There was about five people being served before me, and it took a long time until it was my turn. The sandwich maker was the stingiest person I have encountered in any subway, way to go pal for looking the bottom line of this store, but you are cheating me with the smallest and less portion sandwich. I had to ask to put more of almost every topping. He was putting 3 to 4 of any item. And every time I asked for more I got the look from him. Not scared pal. Will not contribute to your pay any more. Rude service

This subway is just like any other place. Cheap sandwiches, fast service and a satisfied belly.

Ok Subway store. Layout is a little different than other locations but I have noticed the newer remodel stores are going to this type of configuration. Service was decent. Store could use a little cleaning. It is your average run of a mill subway location located in an area with a wide variety of lunch time food options.

If your in a hurry for fast and easy sandwich… beware this place doesn’t deliver on the fast portion. Had the«wonderful» experience today of stepping in here to grab a quick bite. What was I thinking??? This location is fairly small and when it gets crowded the inside isn’t the most comfortable to be eating at. I walked into here and right away the line wrapped around the counter and down the side tables. Normally these places are quick, but there seemed to be a kink in the chain… of all accounts it seemed to be the very very end of the line where you pay. Nate, was manning the register and by all accounts everyone in line today witnessed an employee break down. It’s true your only as strong as your weakest link and it was apparent who that was today. I watched an back talk to the customers and his fellow employees in front of 12 – 15 people. I do not come here often and I don’t look forward to coming back again with this type of employee/customer relations. As for the sandwich… it was a typical Subway sandwich. Decent but nothing special. I wouldn’t go out of my way to grab one of these and probably wouldn’t have come here if I hadn’t won a free gift card in the first place.

In my humble opinion, all Subways are NOT created equal when it comes to service. I don’t usually receive excellent customer service from all Subways — this Subway is awesome because during one of the last times I was in, the manager or owner was out on a busy Sunday afternoon to assist with the rush — he was ringing up customers and thanking everyone for their business — it just sounded really genuine. I like how big this location is and they always have my favorite bread, even when they’re about to close(garlic bread — thank you for existing). Last night I was there, the kid making my sandwich seemed to be brand new and was doing his best even though I could tell he was still learning. Last: cleanliness is a MUST and I’ve never seen this Subway with dirty tables.

This Subway is a little small and dingy but it is usually quick and the food is good. The staff isn’t the friendliest in town.

So, I know, it’s just Subway, but the characters(both employees amd customers) put a smile on my face and made the rest of my day great. The staff was just hilarious, as it was very busy they seemed panicked, but were still very funny in their mannerisms. It was as if they were all trying their best to avoid eye contact while also alternating between whispering and shouting. I usually throw expectations of customer service out when I go to a nation wide chain, so this was just funny. The customers… there was a guy that looked like santa doing the dead leg while rolling his eyes over the lunchtime line, and another young guy behind me describing each sub that was being made loudly while clapping and singing the five dollar foot long song. He was so jazzed when he got to the front to choose his bread you would have thought he won the lottery. Also him and santa started talking and became friends. The guy at the register had really spastic arm movements and looked at the wall behind you when he spoke to you. It was so wild it was awesome. The food was subway food, come on. 4 stars for entertainment!

Friendly staff and all, but it seems that every time I come here for lunch around 12:30, the bread is on the stale side, and I find myself asking them for more of the core sandwich ingredients like tomatoes, olives and bell peppers. It’s edible and fast, but I wouldn’t rank this location in the top 5 Subways of North SD County. On the plus side, there is a nice open patio area adjacent to the store that makes for a cool lunch spot on warmer days.

I come here from time to time on my lunch break. This place is right next to my work and has been here forever. Not sure if it’s the same owner, but back in 2004 during the grocery strike, this location was caught going through the produce dumpster. FILLINTHEBLANKS. This location has infamous with the employees that still work at my store. It’s been a long time since that happened. The location is actually remodeled on the inside and a clean paint job on the outside. The employees here are pretty nice and it’s a huge improvement. I actually was helped by the owner at the register one day and he seemed really sincere when he said, «Thank you for your business. We appreciate it.» Thought it was pretty classy to see an owner actually working with his employees. Food is always good here, but I stick to the $ 5 Cold Cut on White with Swiss.
