Mediocre at best. But it does have its perks, never a line compared to other locations and although they put your sandwich together haphazardly by default, they don’t seem the least bit upset about you directing them for the each ingredient.

They are ALWAYS out of everything! Customer service is mediocre at best probably my least favorite subway. WHY ARE YOU ALL PACKED UP WHEN IT’S ONLY 3PM having to microwave all my stuff from the freezer!

That was the crappiest experience ever ! I ordered the Monday special ! He (presuming the Mgr with a dark red shirt) asks me what I want on it and I say just let tom and mayo. He moves me to the end so I can pay. He sees I have chips and he then says, would you like a drink? I said, doesn’t a drink come with the Monday special? He says yes for the 6in, but you got a foot long. I said, I was expecting a 6in, I didn’t know there were 2 options and I did not order a foot long. He just starts laughing .wth??? I said, don’t you think you should have asked me? I don’t want a foot long sandwich. He laughed again. I said «seriously, don’t you think you should have asked ???, he fricken laughs some more !!! What an idiot !!! I paid 9.00 for what should have been 6. I will never visit this location again!

The only reason this location gets 1 star is because of the guy behind the counter. He was the only one working and his obnoxious manager/​owner was there and too busy to even say «Welcome to Subway» when I walked in. As he was making my sandwich, his slave driver told him that he had to clock out by 11am; but that he (the slavedriver) still needed to go run an errand which would take at least 20 minutes (this was 10:20) mind you!
Anyways, the bread was good, the veggies taste a little old and whoever previously posted about being out of things was spot no. No avocado and no soup were ready — probably a good thing. They do NOT have the bell on the counter as the picture below shows to Ring for a «perfect sandwich» as I doubt one has been enjoyed in the place for years!

They were out of avocado and spinach. The salad I bought for over $ 5 literally had NO veggies, was so annoyed with the girl behind the counter, I didn’t even bother. Not to mention the soup I bought was less than half way filled. Really? Won’t be coming back.

I just went to subway and there was only 1 girl working a big line. When it was finally my turn to order, they only had 3 bread choices and were out of other toppings.
I asked her this is all you have? And she mentioned her coworker never showed and she hasn’t had time to call him. Now this girl did a great job at keeping her composure, she was very nice and had great customer service but Management needs to get it together and change things.

Went on a Saturday before the lunch rush, it was so dirty in there, I walked out!!! Table tops were dirty crumbs and bits & pieces of veggies on the floor, chairs were out of place. That was enough for me to walk out. Wouldn’t be surprised if the employees still had drool marks on their face. Won’t ever go back there. This was about 6 months back or so. Sorry for the late post and your lazy employees.

This was a stop for a very late lunch, so we didnt want to eat too much and spoil our dinner, so we came here. I had the 6″ pulled pork and my bf had the cheesesteak. If you want small portions of meat, this is the place to go! Sandwich with the sauce was ok, but not worth the $ 4.50 for either one. The bread was good as always. For $ 9 for a 12″ sandwich, there are many other sandwich places we’d rather go to, unless, of course, you are not very hungry!

Location was great, food as usual pretty good… but the employees have no customer people skills they need to hire people with personality to smile and be friendly.
I think her name was Breana I know it was close to that, but she was very robotic and not too helpful. I asked for veggie patty and was told they were frozen and acted like I couldn’t have it. I told her to microwave it that’s what they do.
Lets just say she didn’t seem very happy or friendly the whole time.

This Subway was a savior, we literally pulled out of a freeway to eat ! Everything was fresh and nice, The staff were Nice and friendly and most of all the Bathroom was Clean!
Décor was old, The seating area inside and out side was really minimal that the Giant store looked empty !

Ok soo I’m 5 months pregnant and eat here like EVERYDAY! I really like this subway it’s clean and MOST of the staff are friendly. However this one older lady that I really wish I had gotten her name, is NEVER nice! Like she hates life and it’s such an inconvenience for her to make a sandwich. Well today she really pissed me off. All I ever order is a veggie, soooo wouldn’t it be safe to assume I like lots of veggies on my sandwich? I ask for more spinach she puts 2 leafs on! So I go can I get some more? She adds a leaf! Then when I say can I get olive I say extra, she puts a total of 5 little olives so I say can I have more? I like olives she puts 1! Clearly she is just being difficult! IT’S A VEGGIE SANWICH LADY! I give this place 3 stars minus the days I come in and she is there hating her life.

Very, Very Disappointed with my experience at this Subway. We used to patron this place four times weekly and it always seems like I am bothering them with my business. «Welcome to Rude Subway» — We’re fed up. They’re always out of fresh items too. My bread has been stale numerous times, soggy tomatoes and cucumbers, etc. I think its management. Contagious attitude among the staff. I don’t see them doing very well unless they make some staff changes soon.
We now bring our business elsewhere.

The sandwiches were mediocre and the service was HORRIBLE! Debra Smith, General Manager actually threw her hand up at us when she put Bacon on my sister’s sandwich after she said no bacon 3 different times. She was completely rude about it. Then they toasted her sandwich when she didn’t want it toasted and a different worker’s response was «it HAS to be toasted». Ummm it was a Turkey sandwich! My bread was stale, the whole experience was bad. The only person in that store that was polite was the cashier. HUGE thumbs down from me.

Hands down the best Subway I have ever been too. The food is always fresh, the service is always great, and there is always a line to get in. I don’t know what they put in the Diet Coke but I like that too. Two thumbs up for this Subway! :)

Oceanside, CA
OK, all Subways offer the same breads and ingredients, so what makes one shop stand out? Service, of course. This shop, right next to Lowe’s, is my favorite because it has it all. The place is always clean (don’t you hate those greasy prints on tabletops?), the veggies look good, and the people are pretty nice. There are a few other Subways in the area, and this one beats them all. I prefer Subway over the other sandwich chains, and I prefer this shop over any other.
